this is not sold by Best Buy. It is sold by YEAHER which is horrible in their public relations and customer support. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY.

Great computer so far but gave three stars because it is very heavy. So I won't be able to travel with it as planned.
