Tried three times The blade kept coming off the cover and would stay either in the middle of or bottom of the ice cream. I called Ninja after each time. Finally they said the cover must be defective and they would send a replacement. IT'S NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR IT!!! A brand new machine. Piece of junk. Dont waist your two hundred dollars. Got a Quisinart ice cream, sorbet maker for under a hundred and makes ice cream in 20 minutes. Not 24 hours.

Works well. Freeze what you want to make, then select the setting, and then you may only need to respin. It takes maybe 3 mins to complete.

This is an xmas gift so I haven't used it yet. But I have a few other Ninja products that are wonderful. Cant wait to use the newest addition to Ninja's.

You will love it can make more than ice cream. So much fun with grand kids

Love this thing. So far so good. Different fruits come out different textures. Some still need to be run 2 times or more. But overall it’s a great item

I’ve made 3 different ice cream flavors, the taste and texture of the final product remind me of the “icedream” served at a popular chicken sandwich franchise. The machine is super noisy when it is chopping through the frozen ice cream base you make. Ingredients are expensive and it’s probably easier to just buy ready made cream at the grocery store.

Good quality and we have really managed to put this to use and have not been disappointed

No more clunky ice cream maker in the freezer. The 16 oz containers are what goes in the freezer.

This is a great machine of course Ninja but is blends well, we make Açaí bowls almost daily.

I pretty much only use it to make milkshakes and have yet to use it to actually make ice cream. I got it on sale so it was worth it for me.

Great fun with the grandkids and even more fun mixing new things together.

This machine is awesome. Churns the mixture into ice cream in minutes. I love it.
