After using our Creami numerous times, I noticed shredded plastic in our ice cream. It seems the blade is scraping the inside of the plastic pint container. This happened with multiple pints so I called Ninja Customer Service. I was informed that it is a known issue, they are working on it for newer models and that she could help me purchase a newer model. When I asked why this product hasn't been recalled, she hung up on me. I have since filed a complain with Consumer Product Safety Commission - if you search Ninja Creami you'll see there are 172 complaints about the Creami and most are regarding plastic shreds in ice cream.

Ive just started using the creami and while its intimidating, its also freakishly easy. Looking forward to exploring more options.

I love this machine! I can make it with premier protein drinks and not feel guilty but still enjoy a treat.

Makes any frozen fruit into a creamy dessert! I definitely recommend this product. Only con is that it’s a bit noisy but that’s not a problem at all!
