Very functional. I love it! I cooked a whole chicken and it was delicious.

I’ve been using air fryers for a long time to make different foods hoping that it’s healthier or whatever I mean certainly better than frying things in grease right? My last unit finally broke when I dropped the basket causing it to dent and not seal with the cooker. I realized that sometimes only having one basket would crimp my style while making things like chicken nuggets and fries. I’d have to fry or bake one of the two but I prefer both of them when using the air drier. So finally instead of baking or frying one or even worse cooking them separately causing whatever you cooked first to get cold, we have a duel basket air fryer. We have a huge kitchen with a 16 foot island and tons of counter space and cabinets. Which brings me to the downside.. this unit is humongous! With the plethora of cabinets we do not have a spot to store this away unless we put it in the pantry or even worse leave it on the counter top! I mean I realize it needs to cool a lot of food and that’s why it’s so big but I’m just saying make sure that you have a spot for this thing because it is really large. I would recommend to a friend.

We were so excited to get this Ninja ( dual system) We have used the small Ninja Air Fryer for awhile now but we were told that this would cook more and also do it quickly and they were correct! The food does better than a Restaurant and we are very pleased with the ease of CLEAN UP also ! Highly recommended!

As a single Mom, I have my girls every other week. I never cook for myself the week that I do not have them. And truth be told I don’t cook good meals when I do have them. The mess is just overwhelming, until I got this! It’ll make one hamburger, three pork chops, brussels sprouts on the other side, anything you can imagine. Cleanup is so easy.

Why didn't i get an air fryer before? But i got the dual for my 1st and its the best for combo plates....chicken nuggets and fries in one unit/dome at the same time!? Mini tacos done in 7mins!? Yes/thank you for this invention. You have saved this Dad for lunchtimes and snackies!! Kids love it too

I wasn’t sure about getting an air fryer and kept putting it off. When I saw the Ninja 10 qt double tray go on sale, I decided to buy it. I am very happy with this purchase. Makes quick work of cooking and keeps the house cooler since I’m not turning on the oven. We’ve made Brussels sprouts, salmon, baked potatoes, etc.

Ordered and received within 2 days! I couldn't wait to use it, and was not disappointed. Baskets are a great size, and love all of the different options. Haven't used the thermometer option yet, but everything else has worked great! 10/10

This is my first Air fryer purchase. I love this product because I can cook two different items at the same time. I made a whole chicken cooked perfect. Tender and crispy on the outside. Trying all types of recipes all with good success. Bread is next. I Would recommend buying this product.

Pros: Very innovative in allowing you to use Smart Button so you can air fry two different types of items that has one that takes longer to air fry then the other. Saves you time to do one. Eg. You can air fry 5 frozen wings in one container for 21 minutes and then air fry chicken nuggets for 15 minutes in the second container. It will then air fry the one that takes the longest first which is 21 minutes in this scenario and once it hits 15 minutes, the second container will air fry at same time as first container. That’s pretty innovative. Second is if you want to heat two containers of wings or fries for a family of 5 or 6 you can start both containers at same time by pushing the match button. Cons: Only the top element heats up but the bottom doesn’t which makes it incredibly inconsistent to air fry and you have to shake the fries or chicken wing to make sure you get both sides fully cooked. If you don’t, then one side will be cold. This is the downfall I don’t like. Some air fryers have heating elements on the top and bottom like the Power XL has but unfortunately, my Power XL air fryer combo died in a month using. Cheap quality so I hope this Ninja lasts more than 6 years. The false advertising of you can air fry a whole chicken is bad marketing consider you would have to flip the other end if you want the whole rotisserie chicken fully cooked. Granted, the famous set it forget it is better at rotating the chicken and using air fryer is better than using this since the bottom doesn’t heat and only the top. This is pretty pricey as well and will it last me more than a year of usage? I hope so.
