I purchased the Ninja Mega kitchen to replace my 5-year-old Ninja Master Prep Pulsating Blender that still works. When I opened it, the blender/ processor bowl had a couple of hairline cracks. A small portion of the box was ripped. I did not give it much thought. I have used the Ninja Mega kitchen blender just twice, and there are several hairlines and large cracks in the blender bowl. I am highly disappointed; all that glitter is not gold, after all. I will ask for a replacement.

Blender and food processor work great. Has lots of power to make smoothies and process item to creamy. Love it! Also, love the individual cups, although they could have been larger.
