    The product works well but I still question how durable it will be with so many plastic parts. I just wish there was a little more steel for the price I'm paying.

    We have used Ninja blenders for 9 years, never an issue but the new units ARE NOT as powerful as the 1500 watts were in the past and the new blade style is terrible v.s. the old blades. On top of that the plastic parts are SO MUCH cheaper than the past, I will never buy Ninja again
