    So if all you have owned is a "blender", this baby will blow your socks off. It is a little loud, but only for a few seconds, thats all you will need to do anything. Powerful motor, be very careful of the blades, THEY ARE EXTREMELY SHARP. At least out of the box, I have noticed they dull pretty quickly, still gets the job done.
