I bought the Nintendo 2DS for my grandson for Christmas and bought another one for my grand daughter for her birthday.

Previously had a 3DS and never used the 3D part. I bought this one for my kids. 3DS games without the 3DS price.

I got this one for my sister and she loves it. It's the perfect price for someone who wants to just play some video games when they are bored.

This little device is great for my boys, it keeps them entertained with lots of fun. Great price for the bundle.

I wanted to get a DS to play some games like Zero Escape, classics like Zelda, and maybe Pokemon now that it seems to be gaining popularity again. At first, I was really reluctant to getting the 2DS since it looks inexpensive; but, that was also the same reason why I got it. I figured that under $100 was a great deal for a system I could play some classic games on, that I played while growing up; which also included the AC adapter (unlike the new 3DS) and Mario Kart. Once I opened the 2DS, it's actually really comfortable to hold and feels well made despite the low price tag. The 2DS is a great little system for anyone - kids or adults.

The Mario kart bundle is a great deal. Got one for all 3 of my kids and they have hours of fun with that one game. OK ok I've played a little bit too. Lol

great purchase works good really fun!! Bought 4 more as gifts, these DS systems are really good and price is really fair! Can’t complain!

This device makes me super nostalgic. I had the gameboy color growing up and thought it was the device ever. When I was looking for a device to play some old Pokémon game I didn't want to spend a small fortune. This device was at the perfect price point. The graphics are great and the games are extremely affordable. Plus, I heard the 3ds gave people headaches anyway.

I bought it for my son and it is great. I never really saw the purpose of buying the 3d although he did have one before. the only issue with this one is portability. You cannot fold it like the 3ds. on the other hand the price is much more appealing.

We purchased this to replace a 3DS. The 2DS has the same controls but not the cover that has broken on 2 other models. My son likes this as the 3D is not important to him. I liked the lower price.

Bought as gift. My nephew loves it. It's the older model but perfect for a younger child. It came with game Mario kart which was approriate as well

We bought these for our twins and they just love them. They're easy to use and easy to take along on trips.

Great for my 4 yr old and his little hands. Great feature is that it plays 3ds games which we have plenty of bc of our oldest.

My son is 5 and loves video games. But most of the consoles have inappropriate games except the DS. He loves the Mario games.

this is great for kids, small, compact, you can take on road trips and plenty of games to choose from

I purchased this for my sons birthday present and he loved it. It is very easy to use. I love all of the parental controls and how sturdy it is.

My daughter wanted a 3DS just to play Mario Kart 7, but I didn't want to spend $180.00. I was able to get both for only $80 just before Christmas by purchasing this 2DS. It isn't a huge loss not having the 3D feature. Also, I think that by not having hinges, the 2DS case may be more durable than all the other folding DS. Excellent value.

Plays 3d games as well as the regular games. Came with Mario kart download. My son loves it!!
