I was listening to my students talk about theirs and thinking about all the fun I had with my game boy when I was younger. I love it. Even better that I could download some of the older games.

Good entry level Nintendo gaming

This is obviously an entry level product so it’s not as great as some of the other 3DS or 2DS options, but it gets the job done and it is good for kids.

Cant beat the price and soo many games

More sturdy than the 3ds but it lacks the 3d option... which i dont enjoy anyways. No hinges that can break when dropped by kids. And it HAS been dropped alot already. Kids love it.

I like that you can download games to it, and not have the little cartridges all the time (that can be lost). The pedometer on it is nice too. My son loves that we can race each other too.

Keeps him entertained all day

He decided he did not want to spend the extra money for the 3DS as both play the same games he wanted. Works great and has no issues so far. He loves the game that came with it.

Actual 3D is for the one percent

But for real, is it really worth an extra $120 to you just to get 3D on your Game Boy? That's an affront to God and nature, I tell you what. The 2DS is where it's at. I love this thing.

The quality is the same as the more expensive 3ds minus the 3d feature. It can run 3ds and regular ds games. My son loves it and the battery life is great.
