This is a nice amiibo. Just make sure you store it with case so that the figure doesn't bend(like mine).

Good amiibo. Very tricky to beat once it reaches level 50, but makes the game more fun.

Glad I was able to pick this one up. Great for Super Smash! Now to find Marth...

Great quality amiibo. The detail is outstanding for the price

Once it reached level 25 in smash, it got all the basics down. after that, I started fighting it all-out, and after it reached 45, I've been unable to beat it. I do not recommend for beginners, because it will eventually become too much, but at the same time it will make you better as far as reacting and timing moves and dodges.

Samus as a collectible figurine is awesome although Amiibo and their use in Nintendo games is a bit underwhelming. She currently unlocks an outfit in Mario Kart 8 for your Mii racer and is compatible with Hyrule Warriors and Mario Party 10. If you're caught up in the Amiibo hype then Samus is perfect for your collection.

This is a Nintendo amiibo of the Metroid character Samus Aran, as she appears in Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo Wii U. An NFC chip in the base allows the user to transfer character stats from one platform to another. So, someone could level up their Samus at home on their Wii U, continue leveling up on-the-go with his or her Nintendo 3DS, and then compete using that leveled-up Samus on a friend's Wii U. It also offers compatibility with other games as Nintendo deems fit (http://www.nintendo.com/amiibo/detail/samus-amiibo-super-smash-bros-series). In the mean time, this is a very handsome figure for Metroid fans at a fairly modest price.

I was able to walk into the store and make my selection out of three available Samus figures. One of the better stocked amiibos that is not too difficult to get a hold of. Quality was nice and figure was undamaged. Hopefully there is an upcoming Metroid game that I can put her to use in.

It's been really crazy to get the "rarer" amiibos due to scalpers but as with any collectibles its fun and satisfying once you get ones you want. I got lucky and got the last Samus amiibo and been happy with it ever since, the detail on some of these are great as with this one. I

I bought the Samus amiibo more as a figurine than as an addition to Wii u games. It is very well made and accurately displays Samus Aran as seen in Metroid Other M. Nice pose and great addition to my Metroid collection. Recommended for anyone who loves Samus and Metroid

These amiibo look great! Samus looks to be assembled from at least ten different pieces, and the paint is incredibly detailed. In fact, the level of detail on these amiibo puts the Disney Infinity and Skylanders figures to shame. I like the fact that you don't NEED the amiibos to play Smash Brothers, making them totally optional. You train them, give them items, and then you can team up with them or play against them. They also unlock features in games beyond Smash Brothers like cool racing suits in Mario Kart 8, or bonus rewards in Hyrule Warriors. To me, this is the best implementation of the 'Toys to Life' concept. They're highly detailed, collectable, yet unlock neat features that are 100% optional and not required to complete the games they work with. Also, since they work with a number of different games, they're a much better value than the Disney Infinity and Skylanders figures.

My first Amiibo purchase and I have to say that I'm pleased. I love Samus and this amiibo looks great. I chose to purchase Samus because I only saw one on the shelf at the time and was afraid of missing my chance to get it, as many Amiibo have sold out.

These Amiibo are wonderfully crafted, surprisingly cheap little figurines. I've been collecting them since the week they were released and I must say that I'm very impressed with their quality for the price. I can't say the same for functionality however. Many games either don't support them or only add minimal features with the Amiibo support. For instance, in Smash Bros you can train a fighter and soup them up to fight against your friend's or their own Amiibo, which is wonderful. But unfortunately that's the most fleshed out game there is. Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival simply uses them to store records and forces you to scan them to roll dice (which is completely possible without the figures but Ninty requires them for play) and Hyrule Warriors just gets you a small amount of extra rupees... once per day. Overall I'd say they're amazing collectibles for kids to play with or to store on a shelf - that's their main draw and why I enjoy them so. Functionality is not their strong suit.

I love Amiibos, I own them all, they are perfect replicas of the characters and are fun to display as well as use when able to, this one is no different. If you like collecting Amiibos, you'll want to get this one too!

If you're like me and have fond memories of Metroid than you must buy this figure even if you don't own a Wii U. These figures are actually pretty well made with a decent paint job unlike Jacks Pacific World of Nintendo figures.

Samus is a great quality amiibo figure. The paint use for her metal armor is shiny and really helps her stand out. Lots of little details through out that look great. When buying one for yourself, check the quality to see if she leans. Many figures have a significant lean to them and will take work to get her to stand up straight. Best to go in store and pick if you can, otherwise, take the gamble. This problem may have been only with the first shipment and could have possibly improved since, but be sure to check!.

I bought this for decoration as I don't have a Wii U. It's great on my shelf! I'm going to continue building my collection! Samus is my favorite Nintendo character so I'm glad this one was easy to find.

This Amiibo figure of Samus Arun looks fantastic! I'm glad that there's many of these to go around because there's so many Amiibos that are hard to find. So make sure to pick this one up while you can.

I bought this Amiibo as a stand alone figure. I don't own a WiiU, but have always wanted a Samus figure. Luckily there are enough of the Samus figures, unlike many of the other Amiibos.

I absolutely love the amiibos and how detailed they are. Also serving a purpose in the games they are compatible with is legit. The only downfall is one save per game per amiibo.
