Samus is a very cool amiibo and my son seems to like her.

This is one of the coolest amiibo in my opinion. It is quite detailed and obviously helps in leveling in Super Smash Bros, but will also come in the handy for the upcoming Samus Returns on 3DS.

It's about time Nintendo released these figure properly. Apparently, this figure and a few others were released in summer 2015, but no one could find them because they weren't officially released until November that year. Fast forward to fall of 2016 and they are here again. It seems these are being rereleased and are now available everywhere. Samus is depicted here in her Varia suit, the iconic red, yellow and orange. The detail is just awesome and the paint is a nice metallic sheen. I personally don't own the Amiibo system, but I have collected a few of the figures and this was one of the ones I just had to have. Don't think twice if you see one, grab her before she's gone for good!

I visited Best Buy later in the day on the day of the major restock, and was surprised to see none on the floor. A helpful employee went in the back and got the ones I'd asked for (they just hadn't put them out yet). Samus is an amiibo I've wanted for a while. I started collecting in late 2015, so Samus had been off the shelves for quite some time. I was enthralled when I heard she was being reprinted as well. Her pose is one of my favorites, offering a good look at her suit without being too dynamic. Most of them have a little tilt to the left, but I don't mind that at all. I'm a NIB collector, but Samus is another I'd buy again just to have as a figure. She's just so cool looking!

It's smaller than I expected, but it's still really awesome! Glad I made the purchase. Best Buy did indeed have the best price! Will probably buy another amiibo figure soon! :D

Its a good Samus amiibo but not that great. It is small compared to others and lacks detail. I recommend to buy it if you are a Metroid fan.

I bought this for the collectible factor. Not the NFC and game capabilities. Some people complained about the low quality of the items. I feel its really good for the price. Very happy with them so far.

In Super Smash Brothers you're able to level up Amiibos and they begin to learn how you, the human, play and develop skills to combat you. Eventually it's like playing with incredibly advanced human players. It's super fun to team up with friends and try taking down super tough Amiibos.
