I have not seen any issues so far. Product came without its original box and manual. But I got all the cables and other stuff it needs with it.

No dings or scratches. Works like it should. Very very pleased and will definitely order refurbished through Best Buy again!

Great versatile gaming device!

Can switch between loner mode or “I want my friends in on this too.” The fact that you can play on the go (dont play while walking, come on be aware) or every within home environment, makes this system a very great investment, because you can virtually take it anywhere. Best part is you can get more people to play with you with such ease.

Joy cons don't lock

I know it's the joy cons because I tried plugging in a friend's and they locked without difficulty. Kinda frustrating how they pop out sometimes while playing. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance that I guess doesn't qualify for fixing & refurbishing with Geek Squad.
