It looks exactly like it does on the box, didn’t come with instructions but that wasn’t really necessary for me. I love it so much! Haven’t experienced any issues with the consoles or the controls and I’ve had it for over a month with daily playing.

I was always a huge fan of the color scheme for Animal Crissing edition.. Best Buy released a refurbished one and I had to grab it! Affordable and just Works perfect

I love the joycon colors but I get scared because of joycon drift and I would have to replace them with normal colors

I absolutely love this console. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the controller drift issue. You can read more about that online and hopefully Nintendo cleans up that problem with the Switch Pro (or whatever the new version of the Switch is going to be called). Great console for the entire family. Super fun games that I can play with the whole family (MarioKart) or great single player games (Zelda). Easy to use interface and the ability to take it with me when I travel is pretty much the best thing ever.

I was kind of on the fence about this system, as there's persistent rumors of an update coming soon. However, Best Buy had too good a price refurbished to pass up. The unit was basically in new condition- couldn't tell aside from a sticker being on the back of the tablet. It works flawlessly, no scratches or dents. Either way, got a great deal on a great unit. The family and I are enjoying it very much.

Console itself is amazing and as advertised. However I will address some cons I've personally noticed so other people can look into it and see if this is the right purchase for them. Firstly, storage is a bit low. I can have 2 games unarchived at a time. I currently have 5 games and have to switch between which games are currently downloaded or not. Another thing I noticed is the thumb stick is a little bit stiff and doesn't have as smooth movement as that of an xbox controller. Playing games where quick movement is needed isn't ideal on this switch. I'm not sure if this is an issue because it's refurbished or if it's just how switches are made. Overall though, it's a really good product and purchase.

So far I'm happy. My Switch arrived on time and I'm perfect condition. I love ordering from Best Buy! Its always simple, so easy and so far everything has been on time with no issues. I'm still learning to operate my new game but having fun doing it.
