    love the nintendo switch. this was a refurbished one for my 8yo and it looked brand new. great customer service when the cord ended up being frayed. they replaced it with no questions.

    Bought this originally refurbished to get a better deal on basically the same as a new one. Ended up returning it when a better Black Friday package came out. Would buy it refurbished again though to sale some money

    Great Gaming system, however they dont last long this is out second Switch in three years, my 6 and 10 year old took ok care of them they just arent durable.

    Will not display on tv despite running through Nintendo's troubleshooting list. Needs to be sent in for repair.

    My delivery was great. It got here the day it was supposed to get here except that I had problems with the internet connection. I don’t have them anymore but I think it was just a system problem. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

    I am beyond happy with this purchase! It got here in a couple of days after I ordered it. We have not had any issues with the Switch! Will definitely continue to use Best Buy for future purchases of electronics!
