Solid controller. Works as advertised. Keeps the controller charged longer.

I never owned a charging grip with the original Switch...I purchased 2 of these with my Switch 2 and have found them to be very convenient. Rather than having to maintain a separate charger for the joy cons, I can just plug a cable directly into the grip and be good to go! I also find the additional buttons on the bottom to be a nice addition. As an added bonus the additional buttons can be programed per game.

If you’re used to the Pro 2 Controller, this of course feels a little different, but you can charge the Joy Con 2s from this via usb-c as well as use GL ans GR buttons with this, which is great if youve found them useful. It would have been great to get this in box with the Switch 2 instead of the stock one that does not have usb-c charging nor the GL/GR buttons, but such are the times.

This grip gives you the GL/GR buttons the Pro controller does, so it's a must if you play away from home. I never bring my Pro controller with me.

A very nice accessory! The charging grip allow you the ability to charge your Joycon 2s without having to undock your switch 2 while playing on a TV or monitor and continuing play! The charging grip also has 2 mappable paddle buttons on the back of the grip, further enhancing the experience! A very nice accessory for a great value!

With the usb port on top you can charge the joycons while playing if you have a long enough cable. I had the orignal for the switch and decided i needed to get the upgraded ones since i could not use the old one. Works great so far and would recommend if you want to charge your controler seperately from the system.

The Switch 2 cahrging grip is a must have for anyone who uses their dock to game often. The fact that the grip has the charging upgrade from the included one means you can power those joycons without having to connect them to the console.

Great way to charge your Joy Con 2 while still playing

For the price you pay it will definitely make itself useful. It has the extra GR/GL buttons unlike the grip that comes with the console. But those are only so useful. What you really want this for is easy charging and easier play.

This charges very well. and hooks right into the docking station.

It works just as intended and I can't recommend it enough to keep your secondary pair of joy on charged and even if you only have one pair I'd get it sooner than later since the offial charge grip for the switch 1 joycons wasn't being sold anymore

Having the charging version of the joycon controller adaptor is a must. Great to be able to charge the joy on and still play. This is a must of you are not planing or can’t afford the pro controller.

I originally thought this was like a normal grip, but it you can plug in a usb at the too charging 2 joy cons and this grip takes it a step further adding 2 mappable buttons
