Very helpful to extend gaming session

Now, we don't have to stop our gameplay to let the controllers charge on the dock and can instead pop in batteries with these packs to recharge and continue playing.

Decent but nothing fantastic

I don't like the feel unless using the thumbs up grip for Arms. It also slowly drains the battery instead of powering off when nothing is running, so you can not leave these attached with AAs in them, or it will just eat them alive.. this is my biggest complaint, as for 35$ i feel this should have an auto off feature

Each Joy-con Controller has a 20 hour battery life, and the Pro Controller has about a 40. Before even considering this accessory, ask yourself; do you play for more than 20 hours at a time? Do you never dock your controllers onto the system once you're done playing? The likelihood of any of these is probably no. You have to try very hard in order to reach 0%. Save yourself the money, go buy a game or something.
