I like the way it's compact design for the kids when they play.

This is a great compromise of you don't need/want 3D. It can play most DS games and ALL 3DS games, old or new! This new version has all of the same buttons as the NEW 3DS XL as well! Still a great system to get into since Nintendo has said they will continue to make new games well past 2018, not to mention they have a great library of current games!

Bought to kill downtime and it's done exactly that. This color scheme *seems* rarer than the defaults and I actually get a fair amount of comments about it. I am notorious for not reading instructions so, for anyone else wondering, stylus tucked next to the frontal black port.

We purchased this for our daughter for her birthday. RIght away, I liked it more than the 3DS. We were never a fan of the lenticular screen it had. While a neat effect, you had to hold it as the proper angle to get the effect. We may pick another up for us to use when on a trip.

I gave this to my boyfriend for father's day. He plays it every night and we will sometimes play each other. It's been fun.

I was debating between this and the 3ds. Honestly, this is a good buy. When playing games I have never thought to myself, "I wish I had the 3d option." If you don't care about the 3d option or want to save some extra money, then the 2ds is the way to go!

Purchased this system for one of my neices because she’s been into retro game remasters lately, she’s a college student so it helps whenever she’s traveling back home. Games can be physical copies or downloaded via Nintendo store internet

My 19 y/o wanted this for Christmas and loves playing this game when he is out of town or somewhere where he can’t be playing his xbox.

Pretty cool little handheld game device. My kids really seem to like it. The games are a little small and get lost sometimes tho
