Product was good, rode very well and really good to get around. The battery and distance however heavily disappointed. It only lasted about an hour on a full charger and didnt go the full mileage it was advertised to go.

this does the job the supension on it so nice too i dont feel the big bumps and the speed is good for what it is and it gets me where i need to go the battery could be better but it is what it is

At first I wasn't sure about this scooter, but it's won me over. It's a good value. The range and speed are good. One thing to pay attention to is hills and weight. I'm larger (230lbs) and sometimes put some groceries in a backpack, and some hills are a little bit of a challenge, though they are fairly steep in some case. They are also a little quirky with the occasional fleeting error though no full failure or breakage. So if you're using this a bit more as a daily user to go some distance and have some hills and weight, I'd consider the more expensive one. This one might work but it's right at the edge of what this scooter is capable of. That said, it's super fun and enjoyable to use and I've come to the conclusion that I made the right choice.

Bought as a Xmas present for my sons. They love it. A bit disappointed that the directional lights are not functional on this model though it's not a deal breaker. My son rides this to his part-time job site daily now. Much faster than riding a traditional bicycle. The front suspension is the reason I chose this scooter for a comfortable ride. Can't speak for its longevity and battery life. I just don't want to use the NIU app due to privacy concerns as the app apparently collects all the accessible data on your phone. Note NIU is a Chinese company. The app isn't really needed.

Its nice and fast for the price. Im around 260lbs and 6'2" and finding a scooter thats budget friendly and has a good weight limit with it being well suited for tall people is hard to find but this has worked well for me!

Pretty decently priced in the scooter realm. Wish it was a bit faster and wish the batter was a bit longer but. It has about a 6-7 mile range at its fastest speed. It takes about 5-7 hours to charge fully. For the price it has been great. Love that it has suspension so the ride it pretty smooth! Breaking was a bit to get used to as it breaks pretty fast but otherwise, easy to use!

My son loves this scooter. He's 10 and this is a much faster scooter than hus last but it gets him out of the house and enjoying outside. We had to repair the dashboard and it was very simple to repair. The customer service department made the whole process seamless.

Great bang for your buck considering the low price of this scooter compared to others. It handles well in most terrain and maxes out at about 17 mph! My son loves it!

If you are looking for a powerful long range and easy solution for your transport , this is your choice . I have always have the problem that for my size the standard scooters were not meant for me, until I found NIU, these are amazing , lightweight powerful scooters that are worthy of what you pay.

I've had 4 different electric scooter and this one has been 1 of the best. In the app you can even lock your scooter. The double front suspension and air filled tires makes the ride very comfortable.

I’m genuinely impressed by its performance. It handles wooded trails and uphill climbs better than I expected—sturdy, reliable, and with enough power to get me where I need to go, even on uneven terrain. One of my favorite features is how easily it folds down; it’s compact enough to fit right into a shopping cart, which makes errands and transport a breeze. The only downside is the limited handlebar space. If you like to mount accessories like a phone holder, mirror, or basket, you might find it a bit cramped. That said, the overall design more than makes up for it in portability and off-road capability. Love it!!! I just needed to learn how to use it first. But last long and the battery charger is so easy to install and disconnect

Overall it's a great scooter I'm having a great time I could drive it with confidence I'm a heavier set guy so you know confidence is the king anyways I just wanted to say that it gets me to where I need to go not far but it gets me there quick and efficient and I can feel confident when I'm riding through anyways thank you for the Best buy that money could offer at the moment thank you.

My son loves this scooter! It's simple to operate although the bluetooth gave him a bit of trouble at time (disconnects from time to time). It's inconvenient at times but hasn't been too bad. It's a blast to ride!

The scooter itself performs well, but the rear tire went out after less than a month of light use. NIU’s customer service has been extremely slow to respond, and when they finally did, they wanted to charge me for replacement parts. For a nearly new scooter, that’s unacceptable. I regret this purchase and recommend choosing a brand that stands behind their product.

Great scooter it ride pretty good. Nice speed for 17.5 mph is nice and everything works great I had mines almost a month it hasn’t broke down yet
