Bought this for my 10 year old grandson. Thought it might be big but it’s perfect. Very well built and easy to use and it seems very safe. And or course all the adults in the family riding it as well. It does hit 18 mph on a full charge.

Ordered two of these scooters for our 8 and 10yr old kids (plus me to ride randomly) right around Black Friday 2024, paid $250 each which seemed to be the going price everywhere. I had never heard of this company before and just randomly stumbled across it while looking at other scooters Best Buy had. The boxing of it is great along with the build quality of the scooter itself. It has the capability to sync up to their app which allows for more control/fine tunning as far as acceleration intensity, regenerative breaking intensity, max speed and other features which is very nice. I’m 220lbs and it moved me around no problems, the front suspension and air filled tires make for a smooth ride. I can not speak on distance ratings due to it only being driven around our small neighborhood. It does have a twist throttle (instead of a thumb based throttle) on the right handlebar, which some people might not like understandbly. Throttle and brake mechanics feel good. So far, I would recommend this scooter!

Overall it's a great scooter I'm having a great time I could drive it with confidence I'm a heavier set guy so you know confidence is the king anyways I just wanted to say that it gets me to where I need to go not far but it gets me there quick and efficient and I can feel confident when I'm riding through anyways thank you for the Best buy that money could offer at the moment thank you.

Product was good, rode very well and really good to get around. The battery and distance however heavily disappointed. It only lasted about an hour on a full charger and didnt go the full mileage it was advertised to go.

My son loves this scooter! It's simple to operate although the bluetooth gave him a bit of trouble at time (disconnects from time to time). It's inconvenient at times but hasn't been too bad. It's a blast to ride!

this does the job the supension on it so nice too i dont feel the big bumps and the speed is good for what it is and it gets me where i need to go the battery could be better but it is what it is

The scooter is perfect right under my budget. The tires do not come with air properly, so make sure you put air in them other than that the scooter is perfect. Tires are amazing. I did end up riding a scooter without air. The tires were able to with stain the impact. Pretty good reliable scooter.

Its nice and fast for the price. Im around 260lbs and 6'2" and finding a scooter thats budget friendly and has a good weight limit with it being well suited for tall people is hard to find but this has worked well for me!

We picked this item up for our 13-year-old daughter and our nine-year-old son and so far so good. They’re very happy with it.

Pretty decently priced in the scooter realm. Wish it was a bit faster and wish the batter was a bit longer but. It has about a 6-7 mile range at its fastest speed. It takes about 5-7 hours to charge fully. For the price it has been great. Love that it has suspension so the ride it pretty smooth! Breaking was a bit to get used to as it breaks pretty fast but otherwise, easy to use!

My son loves this scooter. He's 10 and this is a much faster scooter than hus last but it gets him out of the house and enjoying outside. We had to repair the dashboard and it was very simple to repair. The customer service department made the whole process seamless.

If you are looking for a powerful long range and easy solution for your transport , this is your choice . I have always have the problem that for my size the standard scooters were not meant for me, until I found NIU, these are amazing , lightweight powerful scooters that are worthy of what you pay.
