I'm very pleased with this purchase. Originally, I intended to buy the KQI 3 Max, but for an extra $100, I was able to get a front suspension, turn signals, and other additional features. My only complaint at the moment is that the throttle is a twist handle, which I find annoying compared to a push-down throttle (maybe because I started with the pushdown throttle but I feel like I can control the speed better than the twist handle one).

I use this to commute to work every day. It’s about 2 miles one way. I just wish it was a little faster, 30MPH would have been perfect.

Quality of the scooter itself is great, but the assembly line needs improvement. 1st scooter had 1 missing part, (stem grommet), and that caused the coating on the brake cable to be rubbed off. I exchanged it. 2nd scooter had the screws that hold the brake light on missing. Standard screws so I installed them myself after removing the rear fender. Goes up the hills in my area without any problems.

I love the motor strength and the ability of the scooter to climb hills. Its speed is more than adequate for me. Range is good too.

Highly recommend! Goes pretty fast for an electric scooter and price is great!

So far it has been such a great investment. This scooter is able to travel 7 miles in 25 minutes which is great if we compare it to a bike which would've taken me 45.

35 miles later… it seems like an overall good scooter and well built. I like the 3 different drive modes because it allows my kids to drive it a little on the eco mode. It doesn’t quite hit the miles per charge it advertises, but still does very well. I’d recommend it for a simple commuter scooter or first timer.

It’s really great, speedy and goes up holds fast. I was a little scared because of how fast it can go in speed but it was nice to find out that you can customize the speed and start up speed on the app. It made me feel a lot safer for my daughter in college. I would 100 % recommend this scooter

My 11 year old son loves this scooter. Will live in a hilly neighborhood and his old scooter struggled making it up hills. This one conquers them no problem without compromising speed to climb them. Very sturdy, well built and easy to use.

Great product! If i was to change one thing it would be the twist throttle other than that very happy with my purchase!

I love my NIU scooters, they are super easy to ride, powerful, and this new model, the suspension takes care of the only complaint I had about my KQI 3-max. Definetely reccomend this scooter, best price for performance in it's class in my opinion
