    Am sorry i bought this three time first one i bought i had to return cause the guy loaded the wrong one in my truck and I was thinking I had the right 1. Then I returned it and got enough brand new one. Go home, open the box. It was rusted out no battery charger. Can you imagine coming home with a brand new item?And you open it up and it's been used and you bought it from best.Buy brand new within the store. I was so shocked. It has been used for like almost a year. Scars all over it rusted out and then when I return it back to Best Buy, they couldn't believe it, but it was just a stress. I had to go through just to get a scooter. I don't even know how to even explain this anymore.

    It's a great scooter. Mine has a small issue that made me return it. Also it definitely would not go as fast as advertised. Remember that those numbers are based typically on 150 pound rider. I may order the max version but Best Buy seems to have removed the option to buy a "ride on" warranty. I won't buy a scooter without one. My first order I did buy it. Now the option is gone on this and never on the max which they just recently started selling.
