Been using this to commute to work on fair days to lift my spirits. Has been great fun and a good entry into the PEV world. The more I ride it, the more I'm itching for more.

Im only not giving it 5 stars because its only been a couple of months but so far so good! Its a smooth ride at 20mph. Nice wide deck for your feet, easy controls, easy to fold and take anywhere, over all a really fun ride!

Bought this for my son to run around the neighborhood on and hopefully he can use it next year to go to school a few miles from The house. Easy to set up and start using. Have had for about 2 months and he has used it a lot after Christmas due to the mild temps. The adults have used scooter as well without any complaints. Charges fast and seems reliable so far for the price. Would recommend buying a cell phone holder for it we did and that was a game changer. Much nicer. The locking feature is not so hot it just makes a loud beeping sound of your trying to walk away with it. Obnoxious but it works. If you were to ride it where you need to lock it I would buy a lock for it as well.

Whether the app tracks your ride or not is hit and miss. Also, it is advertised with a max operating range of 25miles. About 5 miles takes 35% of the battery when it's new, out of the box. I will be sending it back to the company, hoping they can give me a new battery. But it's ridiculous that I have to go out of my way to do this. Other than the battery issue, it is a decent scooter. Easy to use.

How did I ever get through the day without this “ Miracle Machine? “ A “ Smooth Operator “ that gets me where I need to go, when I need to go. Very nice and well made, easy to operate and maintain.

I bought this scooter with pure excitement and trust. it came on time, but it wasn’t the product i purchased. It was a cheaper, older, and overall less version of the NIU - KQi3 Pro i ordered. First thing i noticed was it came in white, which is not what i ordered or even the app or website had. Then i was shocked to see the name of it, only being KQi. i immediately got into contact with the customer support which made the experience worse. The call bot wasn't able to process what's going, and kept looping over the same words. After a long wait from asking to connect with an agent, someone finally connected, but oh wow its only text. Communication is horrible between this company and its customers. The agent asked me to commute to a best buy store and return the item, he also said there is a 15% restock fee if the box was opened. I havent opened the box, but what if i did without knowing as this is a trusted store? overall, this is is extremely unpleasant, and i wish for best buy to improve. What i just is pure feedback and unsatisfaction from this company.

So far so good. Good speed and soild build. One draw back is the handlebars don't fold up. This makes it difficult to fit in smaller spaces.

I honestly did not expect this scooter to be so good for the insanely good price I got it for. Number one, the range is great since I go scootering almost every day, I never even got to 0 bars! Number 2 the speed on this things is great for the $470 dollars I spent. Finally, for the app and settubgs options… I enabled the regenrative brakes to save battery and definetely has helped a lot! I definetely would recommend to buy it.

This scooter is really good fast gets you to were you want to go battery lasts a long time I have such a good time alone using this product I really recommend buying

I love my scooter. I actually purchased 2. One for me and one for my daughter. They are very durable. The speed is awesome and the battery last long.

It rides like butter. Like how it has different riding modes. The light in the front really stand out. A good upgrade from the previous scooter I had!

Bought this and its portable, fast and Convenient. App kinda sucks tho and the ride sometimes doesn’t turn on after charging but only for a tiny bit

Ive looked and researched so many electric scooters out there & nothing has impressed me but this so far. It took me 5 mins to tell myself “this is the one” i ordered it. Got it in 2 days & my mind is just blown. Everything about this scooter is just A+ quality. I love it!! You should all look into this. I promise you, you’ll love it! You’ll thank me later!
