its a decent game if you get it cheap and lower your expectations of what the game was suppose to be. Hopefully we see a lot of free updates in the near future

The game is very fun but can be very repetitive. I would have liked to see some more game mechanics added to change up what you do to get farther into the game.

I played for about 20-30 hours before I felt that it was getting repetitive. Great idea for a game, it just feels like something is missing to make it complete.

Now would be a great time to jump in to this much improved game. Launch was terrible though so I can't give this any higher than 3 stars.

Amazing concept and the first few hours are very exciting, but as time passes the game becomes very tedious. Worth a play through but I doubt I'll play again.

If you enjoy the concept of survival minecraft and likeep space you'd possibly enjoy this game. Lots of inventory management and repetitive tasks and gameplay

Exploring different planets and expanding bases/ships/freighters is somewhat addicting. The only thing I have experienced that could use some tweaking in the game is the combat system.

The tech behind this game is amazing. However, this game does not have the "carrot on a stick" mechanic we r used to in games. It's just a chill explore game

I got this for my daughter and i to play. We were very excited from the online reviews of the gameplay. Once we got the game it seemed to be a little bit more complicated then it had to be. Things were not always clear on how and where to find the resources you need to build and or upgrade things. Because of this we do not play it very often. This is a good game if you like complicated and detail oriented games. This is not a simple game that you can just jump in and do alot of stuff in. Takes time to build and get resources.

Another example of a game developer over promising and under delivering. Nevertheless, it's good for several hours of mindless space exploration simulation.

It seems really fun and beautiful at first but becomes extremely repetitive. SPOILER: the center of the universe just outs you back at the beggining......

There's a lot of hate around this game when you hear the words, No Mans Sky. I recently purchased the game pre owned to try it out. It's pretty fun to say the least. Want to sit back and chill for an hour or 2? It's great! They recently added a foundation patch and able to get a freighter ship(Imagine a Small Star Destroyer but without all the guns lol) If the devs keep updating the game it will be fine and do well for the people who love the game. In my opinion it feels like the Diablo 3 of consoles. Terrible release but future content made it amazing and I hope that comes to No Mans Sky. Only reason I give it a 4 is it feels a little grindy to me but heys that's big space exploration for you! :P

as you know by now, this game didn't live up to the hype at launch. For grinders, it's not so bad.... just wish there were more to it than mine resources, upgrade your ship, warp closer to center, repeat...

This game is huge. The frustrating part is that you don't get much background or story to start. Also, very little tutorial to help understand what to do.

This game was hyped up way too much and is not really as advertised. I recommend watching some YouTube videos of what it is really like to play this game.

This game is an interesting experience but not worth full price. I'd say wait for the price to drop near the 30 dollar range to enjoy Minecraft in space.

People told me it was Minecraft but in space, but no, no it's not. It jut doesn't feel as smooth as Minecraft, but only $20 so whatever

Hopefully with new content it will reach somewhere near what the game was suppose to have at launch. Its still a fun game. Just not as cool as promised.

I did enjoy this game. I recognized the hype and kept my expectations in check. I really did enjoy my time playing, but there is room for improvement.

Honestly this game looks stunning but there is no storyline. It is simply mining materials to fix/upgrade your suit, multi tool, and ship. Repetitive.
