    When i received the tree, one of the rods was sticking 6 inches out of box. The packing consisted of it just being shoved in box. Luckily nothing was broken. Once i put the pieces together, it was definitely going to require a lot of work moving branches around because it just had tight bundles on each branch. After spending over hour fanning out branches, it still was not full and thick like in picture. The built in lights are also thicker at top so it looks odd. Pretty dissatisfied. The snow and pine cones are accurate though.

    So so pleased with this tree! Looks amazing and the lights are bright and there are plenty of them so that it looks wonderful! The tree is frosted/flocked so was a little annoying that it came with each individual branch wrapped in plastic so took FOREVER and a ton of mess to get every one off but i completely understand why it was on there and it protected the tree very well. Took barely any fluffing once the tree was put together (3 pieces total that all just set in one another and plug into one another) and looked absolutely beautiful!

    We love our tree just what we wanted! It was so easy to assemble too
