Hard to open back cover and app can't put on home

Need to use paper cutter to open it. Got so many scratches on my new phone. And then I can't put app icon on my home screen. If you are a Samsung phone user, this one will be totally upset you. Not a user-friendly one at all.

It worked ok for about 6 days then the screen went blank. Total waste of money. I plan to return it. The one star is because the system forced it on me :(.
