    This phone is slow out of the box. Constantly lags for several seconds while launching apps, browsing chrome, and using Google assistant features. Swipe to unlock is very finicky and often takes several attempts. Case is very cheap-feeling, slippery plastic.

    I had this phone for about 2 weeks before I dropped it. The screen was fine but the casing cracked. This was a bummer when I dropped it again. It still works but I can no longer use 70% of the screen. I should have got a case before I got the phone. My case arrived after the second drop. It's still useful as an emergency phone.

    This phone does not work on verizon network. I came to after I inserted the sim card. Since it's of no use to me I returned it back and best buy charged me restocking fee. I feel that if they sell a product in USA. It has to work on all sim cards. If it is not working on some networks, they should tell us when we purchase them.

    Perhaps I just got a bad one but my Nokia 2.2 within 48 hours of powering on already had a black spot on the screen where the pixels had already stopped working. I probably should have opted to spend the additional $50.00 and purchased a Samsung or LG but at this point it doesn't really matter.

    OK so I did a lot of research on this phone before purchasing it. The specs don't support the performance at all. I've had this hunk of junk 6 weeks and it's already slowed down. There are huge lags when trying to use basic programs and half the time the program can't recover and crashes. Worst of all, I'm only using 55% of the total available storage so none of this should be happening at all. I'm back to using my old phone until the Pixel 4a is released in the spring. If you want a quality Android device at a reasonable price this is most definitely not it. Nokia should be ashamed if putting this useless paperweight into production.
