I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy in the future because of this experience

Brought this as my phone in Philippines to use it for calls and texts and also to use as mobile hotspot for my iPhone14(since I cant add a physical SIM on iPhone14) The hotspot worked for a while and it stopped working. Can't blame the networks in Philippines because I had to use a different phone for hotspot with the same local SIM card I was using with this Nokia phone.
