The first phone wouldn’t hold a charge more than 4 hours, so I took it back to Best Buy. They replaced it with another. Three weeks later—too late to return—the phone wouldn’t turn on. The first time it did this, I removed the battery, put it back, and it worked, until the next time I tried to use it and it wouldn’t turn on. As I said, too late to return. Rather than fight it, I ate the loss and have moved on.

The salesman quoted me $50 for the phone and then when I got to the cash register the had a $42 restocking fee and the actual phone costed close to $100 as well. I was in a pinch and bought the phone but the phone was not compatible with AT&T.
