Purchased as a gift so unknown at this time. Hope it all goes well.

We bought it for our kid, thinking it did not connect to the internet. But it does, with no parental controls whatsoever. We can’t even uninstall YouTube. We wanted to return, but the return window closed before one month of the purchase, so we’re stuck with it. Not buying online from Best Buy again.

Listed as unlocked phone and any carrier but when trying to activate, AT&T and Verizon both said that the IMEI was not eligible for their system. That’s both LTE and GSM that it won’t work with. Waste of money. The sales person had zero knowledge and acted like he didn’t have time to help with this.

I used the phone for 8 weeks with no issues and suddenly the out display screen turned into colors and no other information was displayed other than the colors, tried to communicate with Noia to fix the issue, but I got an Email saying that my phone is unknown device and not eligible for repair

Great mobile for peace of mind. No issues with the mobile.

The volume isnt loud enough fir an aging person. The buttons are also too small.

I am using this phone for last 5 months. And now it's not good. Not working anymore.

The worst phone I’ve ever purchased,, never again would I buy this

I entered phone numbers and selected the ring tone I wanted for that person. If the call was in my contact list I wanted a different ring tone. If the caller was not in my contacts, I wanted a default ring tone. You are allowed to select a different ring tone for different entries , BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. It uses the same ring tone for all calls. You can select what ring tone you want, But only one. All incoming calls will use the same ring tone. I am VERY disappointed. You have to flip open the phone to check the battery level, there is no battery level indicator on the outside display.

The quality is so cheap, battery life is not that good in comparison with it’s function, the charging inlet most of the times do not hold the USB C charging cable. My advice, do not buy it:(!

I returned this item. Was very light and not made well

Item arrived with the packaging put together with tape. The phone itself is obviously used/lots of marks. Was marketed as open box - excellent (like new etc). It’s going back.

Great phone until it died out three months in. I bought a replacement battery, but it still didn't work. To my knowledge it was not dropped or otherwise mishandled.

Hard to program - couldn't. Couldn't make calls. Other people had this very phone and turned it back in. We should have paid more attention to the other people.

3 weeks in battery does not hold up. After two weeks it is not returnable. Terrible quality

Not much of a phone, very different to navigate! Buttons make no sense!!!!

Broke in a week, was initially so ecstatic. I wanted a phone simplistic and minimalist, but I guess you get what you pay for now.

I did a lot of research before I purchased the cell. I was told that this was able to have WhatsApp downloaded and it was not. I read online that you could, but it didn't. I called Nokia itself then they hung up in a middle of a conversation with no results. After dealing with it for 5 hrs, I gave up and returned it. If you don't need WhatsApp application or any other internet service, it wouldn't be bad to use. For the few days I had it it looked ok.
