I got sick of the constant distraction of smartphones and de cided I should get this as my next phone. The(removable) battery was charged right out of the box, and it connected to my carrier as soon as I put in my SIM card and turned it on. Google Search and Maps are about as janky as you would expect them to be on a flip phone but they do get the job done. My one complaint is that it doesn't come with Snake classic.

Product was good. No issues with product only with the shipping. Took a day longer than expected.

Bought this for traveling. This is all I need. land line at home this one for travel. Will be taking it on my next trip, I only gave it 4 stars for that reason.

Excellent flip phone. Seems well built and easy to use.

Decent operating system, not as good as android. OS definitely has some glitches, the whole phone will spontaneously freeze. I do like the fact that it has google maps, that is a nice feature. The main issue I have with this phone is the build quality, this is NOT nearly as tough and well built as the Nokia's of old. In fact I think they are really damaging the Nokia reputation by calling this a Nokia. I dropped my phone one time and the case cracked on the side. I've never had this happen on any flip phone and I've owned dozens of them over the year and dropped my phone many times. A little disappointing, do better Nokia.

Almost too simple. Too many action requests based on too few keys. Action is path dependent -- how you get to the final command can alter the options it presents. Then frustration. Often the same sequence of moves will produce different results. Otherwise, reliable, especially since clamshell feature protects against unwanted actions (usually referred to as "butt calls" in simple cases.)

Works well on Ting Mobile. Only disappointment is the lack of any voice to text feature.

Very simple to operate. My wifr prefers to the Alcatel Flip4phone purchased about a yesr sgo.

The phone was great, and the service was exceptional.

My mom had an old Tecno phone for 6 years. She is visiting the US and her Tecno phone won't work from USA. Got this phone, it was compatible! She is happy and so I'm I. Great. Super user-friendly. Budget friendly. Get it!

Honesty, I wasn't expecting this phone to work as well as it has been. The nostalgia that this phone exudes is very much welcomed.......and the call quality is extremely impressive to boot. If this phone had WhatsApp, it'd be a perfect 5 stars.........Very happy with my purchase!

It's a great phone for my mom,the worst thing that happen with the phone when it freezes up two times

So far this seems to be a solid flip phone. 10x better than free one from ATT. Speaker is loud enough. Caller ID is funny when closed. Sometimes just shows #, but when opened, gives full ID. So make sure opening doesn't answer call. Seems pretty solid. Well worth the 80 +/-$ i paid. I have a work smart phone, so dont need these features on this phone. Wish battery % was on screen. Have to go into menu to see it. Dont get this if you want internet features. If you just need a good phone, this is it.

My husband bought this phone because he does not want a smart phone. This meets most of his needs. The one problem he has is sending pictures via text message. He can receive pictures but it will not let him send pictures.
