Nice cell phone great camera i Would recommend this cell

My phone lasted a month. It was fine, the specs aren't that impressive and the price seemed ok. After about a month some pixels began to discolor. I sent it in to the Nokia repair center for a warranty repair and Nokia told me the phone was out of warranty due to liquid damage. The phone was never wet, but Nokia says it is probably due to humidity... I live in the Midwest, it's humid, this has never happened. In addition to having dull pixels and being out of warranty, the phone was returned with an inoperable touchscreen and more damage to the screen, it looks like in taking off the screen the repair tech cracked portions of the screen. When I contacted Nokia they seem utterly perplexed by the notion of customer service. I have explained the situation several times and no resolution has occurred. I have repeatedly asked straight forward questions such as "can you confirm that the phone was tested before and after it was serviced? Because the phone I sent in was operable with an annoying screen, the one I received back has significantly more and severe issues". Nokia has refused to clarify this issue with their repair center and has repeatedly stated that Nokia support and Nokia repair cannot communicate. Nokia keeps recommending I ask a third party to confirm that their technicians broke the phone. I was initially excited to try Nokia again, this phone is an embarrassment, and the service is much worse.

Phone looks great, has a great battery and is a good price. Unfortunately there is something up with the phone running of the OS. The phone freezes all the time, randomly shuts off for 5-10 mins for no reason. Upon further research it seems this phone has several issues that Nokia doesn't seem on planning to address. It's pretty frustrating to have a phone that is pretty much stop and go on a daily basis

Did not disappoint. Camera is way better at 16MP. Love it!

So far this phone has exceeded my expectations. It's easy to use and works well with my network.

This phone is gradually getting better. It was buggy at first, but the clean Android system is pretty good. Get a case though, the aluminum body is easy to damage.

The smartphone is much better than I thought! Very fast, great photos, cool visual.

I have been very pleased with this phone. While it isn't a flagship, it is great for everyday use. I have not had any issues so far. The fit and finish is very good and looks like it costs much more than it actually does. I have not noticed any lag or stalling and have been impressed with the way it performs.

I like the applications for this phone. The good and bad about the security systems is: I like using the fingerprint function for security, but it can get in your way if in the middle of something. The camera is great, and the charging time is super fast. I am not a fan of the tray to put the memory card and sim card in, it is a bit flimsy. Other then that it is a great phone.

Very good performing phone, quality construction, good features. Occasional glitch during operation, but nothing critical, nor is anything perfect.

I bought this because I thought from the write up that the camera would be better than my four year old phone. It was not. Still a good solid phone, but I really miss my old phones camera

Works surprisingly fast for the price. Stock android makes it ever better.
