    I love my NordicTrack! It's better than I imagined I can use the subscription to IFit or use manual and I love both.

    Loud Popping Noise After 2 Weeks

    After about 2 weeks, it started making this really loud popping noise. Very embarrassing and distracting. I expected better after spending $1300.

    Horrible experience. The machine started clicking 1 day after it was installed. I had to schedule another appointment for someone to look at it. A third appointment to have a new machine delivered. That had the same problem the day of install. I called the help center to get another machine ordered and it took them an hour to find my account. Now today they were supposed to get rid of the old machine and install an entirely new product but they got here and told me the wrong team was scheduled so they couldn't do anything and it will have to be rescheduled. Just a horrible experience.

    Elliptical broken

    Picked up the elliptical from the store with a fairly easy process. Once home and assembled the device was broken, after a month of dealing with customer service it is still broken and waiting on a fourth part to arrive. Initially it was easier to go through customer service to fix it rather than disassemble it, carry it down stairs and return it to the store, at this point I wish I would have returned it and gotten my money back.

    Product is defective after a few weeks of use. Rotor is breaking down and shaking during routine use. Would recommend against purchase.

    HORRIBLE service with delivery/installation/repair

    HORRIBLE service with delivery/installation and Geek Sqad can't help Bought the Nordic Track elliptical and paid for delivery, installation and Geek Sqad repair. I cannot actually speak to the quality of the equipment because I only used it twice before it started making a clanking noise. When I looked at the base (where the 'clanking' came from), I could see a long, wide scratch. This make me think that the equipment was damaged/bent during the delivery or installation. I paid for delivery and installation, so maybe the installers damaged it, maybe it was damaged elsewhere, I couldn't say. Luckily, I paid for the extended Geek Sqad coverage, right? No - this is where the problems really start. I called Geek Squad multiple times and each time was told that the sub contractor that does delivery/installation had failed to enter a special code into the system. Until this code is entered, repair or replacement cannot be scheduled. Then I was told (on 4 occasions) that the information would be sent to the "back office" so that a manager could get the other office to enter this code. This was supposed to take "up to 24 hours". Well, it's been a week and I've been told the same thing 4 times and am so frustrated that I will never again but any large equipment from Best Buy.

    Wi-Fi connection is absolutely terrible and they c

    As a machine it functions great. But Wi-Fi connection is terrible. Absolutely terrible. It won't connect to a hotspot on my phone it won't connect to three different networks even when I reset the networks. Everything else I have connects with no problem. And the screen indicates it's connected. On top of that after you pay an enormous amount for the machine you actually have to pay to use any of the workout features. All it does is keep track of stuff you can't do anything if you don't sign in and pay. Which is really baloney since they charge you so much for the machine they could at least have a free option. And I mean a free option that's worth it. Not four little workouts.
