The delivery/install was fast and efficient, Alex said he said he had assembled a lot of thread mills and his experience was very obvious. No hiccups and even hauled away my old machine.

Love it! I wasn’t sure how I’d do using home equipment, but I use it almost every day! Ifit is amazing and my living room feels so much bigger from the experiences doing ifit workouts. So much better than paying for a gym membership I was never getting to! Best purchase in a long time!

I bought a new NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill - NTL17122.5. On the website, it shows " 22" Tilt & Pivot HD Touchscreen ". The screen is not tilting up or down (it is rotating left and right, but not able to tilt). I checked all reviews and websites, everywhere it says it can tilt up and down. So, I contacted NordicTrack to confirm. And they said, "we don't have the feature any longer" and "the feature is also not discussed in your manual". So, it was a false advertisement on the NordicTrack website? That was a disappointment. Also, another inconvenience, the right and left cup holder accessory trays were missing from the package. The main feature of this treadmill is the 22-inch console and iFit. Now, I ended up with a console that I cannot adjust and an iFit service that always buffers and streams at 10 fps.

Sometimes don't start. Still waiting for service from the factory.

Pros: - Unlike competitors, uses AI to adapt workouts to your personal progression. - Better, much cooler instructors than competitors. - Literally hike and run through so many countries, cities, forests, etc. - Got a local route with cruddy weather? Cool, as long as it can be GPS’d, plug it in and it and it will match the terrain of your route. This goes for 5Ks also, train according to actual route. - This has replaced OTF for me. I dont care about the cost of ifit because I even use it sans treadmill, when I travel. 100% for it and saves me money. - Military? Your workouts and tests are pre-programmed. - Has fans. Think about this when comparing to competitors. - This treadmill exceeds my expectations on all levels. - Folds if need be. Compare to competitors. - Buying from Best Buy over manufacturer can save you up to $800 if you play your cards right (add total tech for the deal…). - Easier on knees than competitors per below site. - Highly recommend tradmill guru site for review and comparisons. Cons: - Larger than competitors. May not fit into your basement unless you have a wide stairwell or external entrance. It’s solid though. - There are negative reviews about breakdowns out there. I’ve had no issues with doing exactly what the handbook tells me to as far as start/stop. Far more positive than negative reviews. - Best Buy hiccups and initial customer service. You MUST listen to me when I tell you to buy your item then visit the GeekSquad desk before scheduling a delivery. This is considered a “large item delivery” and has to be arranged accordingly. Not doing it this way will mean several canceled deliveries with no way to coordinate the process. Best Buy no longer allows customers to call local stores. You will spend countless hours on the phone with the 800# people, who will not be able to coordinate with your local store or 3rd party, causing you to be placed in an endless queue of failed attempts. It’s exactly this: Geek Squad arranges “large item delivery”, 3rd party shows up after. Following my advice will save you weeks of hell. I almost gave up, I’m so glad I didn’t. - The 3rd party may suck. My 3rd party people had attitudes and ghosted at least once when shipping was set up incorrectly. It worked out once I finally, painstakingly, got the delivery steps right, and ultimately they set the product up well. I’m still salty at their lack of professionalism initially. - Final complaint: BB wont let me see this review as I type it. Annoying. Apologies for the typos. All and all, even with hiccups, it was all totally worth it. I. Love. It.

Very nice treadmill. I like the Ifit trainer experience; the speed and incline controlled by the trainer. Mimics real life running and walking workouts.

LOVE this treadmill! Okay, so the treadmill is great - it moves as fast as I tell it to, it inclines the way I want, everything that you'd expect a treadmill to do. But to me, it's greatest value is the iFIT platform. The screen is gorgeous and you feel like you are hiking/running/walking with the trainers - all over the world! I love that I can turn the screen and do mat exercises as well. I am so excited to use this each day! It feeds my need for exercise, and also my wanderlust. I am so happy with my purchase!

Good treadmill it does everything I need and then some. However the controller module went out less than 4 months after buying it and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they wouldn't send a tech out to my house, I had to install it myself.

I searched for ages for just the right treadmill for my situation. This unit is great. Heavy duty, great screen quality and plenty of features. Takes a bit of time to assemble....not bad, just time.

Excellent treadmill. Clear screen and loud enough that i can listen to the video with out needing my headphones. Easy to use and understand. Low noise, and feels stable.

We have had this gem for about two years now. My wife and I use it multiple times a week with our ifit membership. The series are great to motivate you and keep you encouraged and coming back for more. The display is top notch as well as the functionality of the machine. Sound, fan, on screen controls are all simple to use.

Easy setup!quality built. Ifit is great. Disappointed Bluetooth doesn't work with all devices.

Its just "ok". I probably should have went with Peloton for their connection stability but here we are. The treadmill will do great for 3/4 out of 5/6 workouts and then randomly lose its ability to connect to wifi. It is approximately 12 feet from my router. It will often lost connect mid workout or right at the end, very randomly. (i.e., 3-4 days goes great, 5th or 6th work out wifi simply stops working). Have reset, factory reset, turned off and on and after ALL of that it will regain connection. Have followed TONS of trouble shooting steps and even purchased a new router. Same issue. The tech is just not good enough.

This is my 2nd Nordictrack treadmill and it is the upgrade to my 1st one. I am extremely satisfied with the quality product. I love it. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my experience and opinion!

Straight trash, garbagio. The screen freezes every day. Can't get a workout in. They sent me a new treadmill, same problem. Sent me a new screen, same problem. I paid someone twice to service it, SAME PROBLEM. I asked them if they can at LEAST take it away from my house so I don't also have to pay someone to disassemble it, but no they charge for that too. What a terrible company with terrible products. Stay AWAY from this expensive scam company.

I already had the Nordictrack S22i bike which I love. I decided to get this updated treadmill to supplement my training. It works amazing and the updated screen is adjustable for both the height and rotates easily. It great that it has the fans to keep you cool while using. The best part is that my iFit membership carries over to this so I can use the same iFit trainers. I highly recommend this and the whole family can train.
