I purchased this last week and did in store pick up. It fits snugly in a 2023 RAV4. It is heavy at 200 lbs so youll want 2 people to unload it and move indoors. I was able to assemble it myself, took about 2 hours. Keep in mind this now comes with a month subscription to the IFit family plan. It no longer includes the free year, but this is all found in the product description. If you already have a subscription it will add a month. If you have an individual subscriition it will convert your months left to a family plan, quite a deal! Overall, this is a great machine with auto incline (up to 20%) and resistance which changes via IFIT. You can also override all settings. Screen is a bit smaller than the new model but being so close to the screen it is hardly noticable.

This is a sturdy quality bike. I bought it as a deal of the day and my son put it together. It took over an hour to assemble. We are both using it and loving it! There are many classes to choose from starting with beginner and up as well as studio classes and outdoor scenery all over the world. We have 30 days free on iFit and also received a card for a one-year membership. I highly recommend it!

Brand new bike and did not work. No resistance, no incline and didnt even register the pedals moving at all. Customer service says all the wires need to be replaced and we will mail them to you for no charge. I dont think we should have to take apart a new bike to replace the wires. Not to mention they were going to take 10 days to get them which would put us outside the return window. Since it was unclear if the wires were even the issue, we decided to return it and go with a differnt name brand. The least they could do is send a representative out to fix what was clearly a defective piece of equipment. Best Buy was great with the return

I would recommend not purchasing anything that uses iFit. If you don’t subscribe to the service the equipment, the bicycle in this case, at best is a manual only machine making it the equivalent of a sub $500 machine. But even more important are these considerations: we purchased the family membership and added our children who are under 16 - there is no age requirement during the setup of the iFit account to be of a certain age but there is when you try to use the machine, secondly they have updated the software several times over the last couple months and all accounts disappear from the machine and require a sign in continuously. The sign in issue is where we have been stuck for months. It’s such a hassle to type in your entire email address and your password each time that we just use the bike manually. I started contacting iFit support for assistance with a refund which they will not issue. So we have a family subscription for a service for this specific device that is unreasonable to sign in each time. The support team would rather keep my money and a unsatisfied customer; they claim refunds are against their terms of service, which they haven’t read because they are not. Seriously reconsider supporting a company that just wants your money rather than to actually support their customers. This company would rather lose a customer that was happier to use the equipment manually all together than to issue a refund for a service that cannot be used. For those thinking entering your email and password occasionally isn’t a big deal, just imagine wanting to check your email on your phone and having to enter your email and password manually and occasionally turning into constantly.

Great bike very happy with it. Not sure how i feel about ifit yet. Only con on the bike is that there is no on off switch for thr screen, so you have to unplug it each time.

Love this bike. It says that it comes with a 30 day iFit trial, which was incorrect with the bike I received. Mine showed up with a 1 YEAR trial. Sturdy, Quiet, and just what I was looking for.

I have the Nordictrack treadmill. Thought this would be a good companion piece. Bestbuy delivered and installed. Worked good for about a year and then just stopped working. Called Nordictrack and got the console to work. But took back to Bestbuy because resistance and decline/incline stopped working. They worked on repairing for about two weeks and then just refunded my money. I will try Schwinn CI4. The reviews are better. Praying there will be no issues.

I was really looking forward to using the bike but unfortunately it has not worked properly right out of the box. I've been working with Nordictrack customer support to repair the bike and they have been nice. However, they've had me replacing wiring harnesses and control board on a brand new bike and still does not work properly. I would give it a lower rating if not for the support I am receiving. I have other Nordictrack equipment and they have worked great. This is why i decided to buy this bike. I may have to return it if Nordictrack can't fix it. I'm technically inclined and don't mind the trouble shooting and replacing parts but not on a brand new device!

Typical Nordictrack. Still haven’t used the bike since Christmas as it was defective. Spent hours on the phone with customer service who didn’t understand what we were saying. Were shipped the wrong parts once the technician finally came out. Still waiting on the new control board. Maybe we will love it once it works.

Very disappointed in this item. First off, the screen does not turn off. You are expected to unplug the item each time after use. Why not include a power switch??? Secondly, I’ve had computers from 20 years ago that had better performance than this screen. You click it and wait about 20 seconds for it to advance. When it works, it’s pretty decent. I’ve had mine for about 2 months now and had to factory reset it multiple times because it failed to boot up properly. I expected more from NordicTrack. I guess it’s too much to ask to get a piece of equipment where you can just get on it and go and not have to wait for a 10 minute start up.

Pros-ride was pretty smooth
-screen SIZE is nice
Cons- missing screws called for in the manual. Had to run to hardware store mid-assembly
-One threaded srew hole on the base was faulty. Wouldn't accept the screw.
- incline decline feels like a local carnival carousel. Nothing smooth or natural, plus it the movement makes visible scratches on the bike from first use (???)
-Center of bike wobbles as you ride, so not sturdy plus annoying.
- Connection/loading issues to ifit, plus iFit trail ride leaders are terrible IMO. They often navigate away from the ride to talk about random things, which disrupts the workout, and takes forever to get to the most scenic parts of the ride (boring).
- iFit screen is locked once you pick a ride to watch, so there's no way to return to Home screen to switch rides or go to manual mode.
-Music is so outdated/old/corny its not funny.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It was difficult to put together, the motor, incline and computer (screen) were all broken. Nordictrack customer service was a nightmare. I could go on. Do not purchase.

It is a good machine, it works fine. I dont like that you can install youtube or spotify on the monitor so its pretty much useless unless you are willing to pay the 40 dollar membership. Also, it comes with a gift card for a 1 year membership put when redeeming it they only hive you one month.

Its really nice to have an exercise bike at home for some cardio and warm up before workouts. This one has an incline/decline option which works great while the instructor is riding through the actual terrain. The feature makes it more challenging and it really gives a kick! I have replaced the seat, as the one it comes with is pretty hard.

I have never had great luck with ProForm and Nordick Track. I bought this because i jave an iFIT membership and hoping maybe that wouldn’t be the case, but it was. I put it together and the control board was bad. If i would have had it a few months, I would have let them send me another one, but it was bad when i got it. I still have a mountain of parts left over from a treadmill that they couldn’t fix last year. Terrible quality control. Decent customer aervice when you finally get through to them, but im sending this back and buying a better brand. Thankfully i bought it from Best Buy! Great customer service. If i would have bought it from Icon i would be stuck with a bad bike.
