Cons:
-Can’t adjust handlebars front to back.
-Dumbell holder is piece of plastic crap
-Adroid Tablet is lagging when watching 360p 20fps video…
-Expensive, Overpriced for product you get
-iFIT is joke. You get bike for 1400$ and you have to be paying monthly to get 360p lagging videos with someone talking to you whole ride.
-I got 1year gift card for iFIT and iFIT told me its no longer available so they gave me 1month free
-There is no ON/OFF switch. You have to unplug it from wall each time
-FAN on lowest setting is blowing really hard. Like you riding in storm. And its loud, not suprised when its blowing like plane. I am worried to use max Fan settings. I may fly across the room

Decent bike crippled by underpowered tablet

I regret failing to return this product within the return period and also subscribing to a full year of iFit. Initially, the bike worked reasonably well, but after just a month the software is only able to make it through an entire (30 minute) workout video without either crashing or losing the wifi connection. The bike suffers from a woefully underpowered processor in the display that is barely capable of running the iFit software.
The iFit software itself is not great, as it doesn't seem to support leaderboards or live training sessions anymore. I cannot realistically recommend this bike to anyone, especially at full price.

DONT BUY! Nothing but software issues and Norditrac Customer Service is horrible. I had countless hours try to rest and unplung - unplug and reset - unplug then hold the reset botton while plugging in the bike while holding the reset botton untill the Nordictrack screan pops up, then release the reset botton. My son loves playing video games andgotten tired of this nonsence.
I had the sorry machine since July 22. Not worth the Your money. Buy at your own risk

The bike was defective and the seat height could not be adjusted and when you sat on the seat it went up with was very uncomfortable. Called someone to fix it they said it was fixed but the height was defective so I didn’t try the seat since the bike had to be replaced to fix the height of the seat and sat on the bike and the seat did the same thing. I returned it and will purchase from a sporting goods store. Got all excited for nothing. Also the membership fee for ifit is ridiculously high.

Exercising it easy and fun

Absolutely LOVE! It is like a 4-D Disney/Universal Studios experience in an exercise form.
If you do one of the workouts, the bike automatically changes elevation and resistance. It makes working out after a long day super easy because you just get on and go. You do not have to worry about decision fatigue.
The only gripe is the 1yr membership that comes with the bike is no longer valid. But, call the customer service number on the back and they are very helpful and will make it right.

Upon assembling the bike, we noticed the motor did not work which controls resistance and elevation. NordicTrack support is through iFit which had extreme hold times, or it gives as message that they're closed, even though it was still within their published operating hours. Next, we opened a case (three separate times) and no one has responded. We've tried their online chat but its automated, with no live agents to assist. I will recommend Peloton to all my friends.

Got this since I work to much to go to the gym anymore, and I love it. Building takes a bit, but the setup is easy. The fan was surprisingly strong, and the resistance is too.

Bought this bike online from Best Buy. I put it together, the screen worked, but the speed, distance, and cadence didn't work. The instructions said to contact Nordictrack with problems. What a disaster. They only communicate via email and reponses take up to 48 hours. They kept asking for pictures of the bike, receipt and to describe the problem. Finally they said it was a reed switch problem, but where and what is a reed switch. I finally got so frustrated and called Best Buy. They were very helpful with the return and picked up the bike. I am so disappointed with Nordictrack, they didn't care and when I let them know that the bike was returned, they just said ok we will close the ticket. So, to sum it up.... Nordictrack customer service sucks and Best Buy customer service is wonderful!

Great bike! I researched several and actually was dead set on the S22i until I saw what a deal this was. I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money. I wasn't sure I was going to pay for an iFit membership, but riding along with the trainers actually makes exercising more fun. The only complaint is the seat hurts your backside until you get "bike butt".

I would never buy nordictrack again. I cheaped out and didnt buy the peloton, got this instead. Ended up having issues from delivery date. Eventually had 3 replacements until best buy told me they won't deliver another. Ended up with a refund but still lost money on the nordictrack memebership.

This is the single worst purchase I've ever made. This bike is awful. Poorly constructed, parts constantly failing/breaking, customer service is incompetent and barely speaks english. I bought this product with a promised free fitness membership-- that was a complete scam and didn't exist. Best Buy claimed it was a nordictrack problem and Nordictrack ignored my outreach.
Whatever you do, don't buy this awful product from this despicable company.

Power not turning on

I've used it for first 30 days without any issues. Then I haven't used it for a month or so after that again I plugged into my power outlet and for some reason it's not turning on at all. Console screen is black and I don't see the incline alignment when I turn it on right away. I've tried several outlets at my place and surge suppressor but nothing's working. I see the power coming on to the adapter with a green solid light. And no damage of power cord or wires or the controller, everything's looking good and perfect, but no power on bike or console. It's all black and no response!!!!!!
I tried reaching out to customer service and it's a big JOKE. Sent few requests (almost 3 or 4 requests) regarding this, but not a single response. Of course, if there is no response for 1st request then how can we expect for any other requests?? I got frustrated with this and could someone please help me with this issue.
I also tried searching my issue online and I couldn't able to find any information regarding this bike.

The bike is great, you can replace the seat and pedals if you require something more comfortable (you prolly will). However the tablet is slow and kinda buggy for something you'd purchase in 2022/23. I've had it crash on me during a workout a few times. At least I can still pedal while it's rebooting.
