Incline constantly fails with no real support or fix. I have to constantly power cycle and fails mid workout. Only had for a few months and also the screen now a huge line right down the middle.

The X32i is a very nice treadmill. However, the delivery of the treadmill was a nightmare for me. Also, the screen component was very very dusty right out of the box. I don’t know why because it was supposedly brand new. The construction of our center bar was slightly bent out of the box. It made the installation very difficult to get all the screws in. It still not right. I have the S22i and the installation was very easy out of the box.

The base is already broken for 2 years only. I spend 400$+ for parts and labor. Ifit is a joke in terms of quality service for more than 2 months now my treadmill still not fix..

I was getting board with my Peloton after 7 years and my wife doesn't like bikes so we purchased the x32i and had it professionally assembled. I have had zero problems in 4 months and I'm using it way more often than I thought I would. I love the variety of the ifit workouts. I can do jogging intervals on the beach in Thailand one day and an incline hike up an Alaskan Mountain the next. I can also repeat manual workouts I've already created if I want to watch tv instead of doing an ifit class. I just purchased the 27i bike since it uses my same ifit membership for no additional cost.

I love this treadmill but im concerned with the many reports of issues with the circuit board. Unfortunately, the belt stops during a workout often after just 3 years. I had to replace the circuit board and it was very difficult because there is no clear guides available from the manufacturer Not what i expected from a commercial trendmill

We bought it in December and within 2 weeks the incline broke. Then Nordic Track took forever to replace it. Then it was working for about a month, and now we think the motor may have died. There was a large pop and the motor just stopped at only 7mph. Very frustrating to spend this much money and have such a lemon. It really is GREAT when it works. Thankful that we bought it with Best Buy and have Geek Squad protection on it I know they will make it right. So many people report issues with this machine. Nordic Track- wake up and start building a more reliable machine if you are going to charge that much!!!

Do not buy this. I have an earlier iteration of their incline trainer that I purchased just four years ago. It does not work at all now and I’ve only used it moderately. It always had some issues for example if you used the decline at 6% it would not be able to come back up after that during the workout. Customer service was awful and doesn’t reply in a timely matter to issues if they reply at all. What’s more this thing does hardly functions when you decide to stop paying for the subscription. I’d be fine just paying for trainer led workouts but you cannot use maps you cannot use calendars you cannot program your own workout in anyway (something cheap basic treadmills from the 1990s even allow). It takes forever to boot up even if you just want to hit start and run and quite often the display would go out during a workout and randomly reboot. It the internet is out it doesn’t want to let you run. Even if you are just gonna hit start and manually adjust. Nope.

This is meant to look good but WILL NOT stand the test of time. Has broken several different ways already. Whether it be the time my foot went through the running board or when the thin steel base wrapped like paper. The bigger problem comes when you do have problems and the service team is terrible. The will send you wrong parts or parts with no instructions. OR maybe your parts will require a technician but you have to figure that out after it takes three weeks for the parts to arrive. And rather have a technician set to fix it you will have to make an appointment a month + later. So plan for it to be out of service several months. If you’re considering spending this type of money get an actual commercial brand NOT Nordictrack. You wont regret the decision.
