    While trying to upload this item, my wifi disconnected. There was no method to get help. The chat box didn't address the issue. There was no way to ramp up the problem. There was no way to contact a real person to resolve the problem. Seems everyone was hiding behind chats and AI. Unacceptable!

    The download of this product trashed my computer I had to do a System restore of my computer to get it to work again .... very frustrating and bad experience

    I am not happy with this product or the service provided by Best Buy. As of today, I am unable to download this product, no one appears to be able to assist me and there is no refund available. I want my money back or this item to be downloaded

    You can never go wrong with Norton 360. In a time where everything is pretty much digital it makes it harder to fly under the radar from hackers. Since uploading this virus protective software onto my computer I have noticed changes in its processing speed which was a good thing. It prevents trackers and it automatically removes junk files left over from apps and downloads.

    Very difficult to use and figure out

    I was forced to switch from Kaspersky anti-virus due to the US ban and chose Norton, what a huge mistake. Very difficult to use their product, not intuitive menus and just plain awful to use. Trying to update the anti-virus protection is difficult and keeps giving me driver errors (my PC is brand new). And their password manager is a complete joke where you can't even create sub-folders to place your passwords into. I will be cancelling my subscription once my 1-year is finished.

    Be very careful with this one. Little did I know that when buying at this price I had signed up for automatic renewal to the tune of 130.00 a year!
