This retro popcorn machine makes a great peace in my movie room. Its fun just to make your own popcorn a watch a movie with friends and family.

My sister loves to watch movies with her family, and they use this popper all the time!

I got it for a friend as an engagement party gift. It makes their living room a lot more welcoming and fun!

I bought this as a gift for my mom for Christmas, and she has used it every time she has guests over to watch a movie. She is obsessed with kettle corn, and since this product heats it with the metal-she can just stir up her own oil(with any sugar to make the kettle corn). I am very happy I got this for her.

this is a great machine. cleans easily. perfect size for small family.

Purchased as a gift. My Dad loved it. He liked the old time styling. We tried to make popcorn in it. The popcorn was not that great and it only makes small batches. If you are looking for a show piece than this is it. But if you are looking for a popcorn machine you are better off with a bigger model or the old pot on the stove. I am going to check recommend to a friend for the old time styling only.

This popper works great, and really looks good in the kitchen. Great retro look.

It's fun to watch the corn pop and imagine you have real movie theater popcorn. The machine is attractive. However, only about 2/3 of the kernels pop. The popper is awkward to remove and hard to clean. I honestly don't think I'm going to get a lot of life out of it.

I bought this popcorn maker five months ago and the kettle stop heating up. I only used it maybe ten times since I bought it. It looks great, but the duralibility is cheap. The kettle gets really dirty and it is hard to clean since you cannot submerge the kettle in water. I hope the manufactor will send me another kettle for free, if not it will be the worst $75 purchase I have ever done.

This seemed like it would make a great family gift from my mother so we agreed to it. Unfortunately, function does NOT follow form in this case. Fully 1/3 to 1/2 of the kernels either do not pop or are thrown out of the popper with the popped kernels and it is difficult to get all of the popcorn out of the popper. What stays in the popper, burns in the popper. Lastly, the design of the internal popper bucket makes it nearly impossible to clean or function properly. Save your money and buy a LOT of microwave popcorn with what you save by NOT buying this device. Did I say how nice this thing looks?

What a great gift this was for a popcorn fanatic who turned 12 yes old. He loved it especially during the recent storm and being stuck in doors.

I couldn't wait to get this home and use it! I admit I read the bad reviews on this before I bought it..but did it anyway..bad move. The first one I got lasted about 3 weeks then the popcorn holder stopped turning and the popcorn burned...okayyyy...plan B...I took it back to try another one to see if it was just the one I had...nope..same thing only this time it died within the first week!...they are nice to look at but they don't work well...really a waste of money..don't buy it.

I was excited to receive this item as a gift but disappointed when it broke the first time I used it. Since I did not have a receipt, the company's customer service would not replace the broken kettle. The warranty for this product is only 60 days which seems short for an $80 appliance. On a more positive note, it does look cool and made great popcorn the one time I was able to use it

I going to returned this popcorn maker because of how disappointed I am with it. Some of the popcorn kernels fly out without being popped. Then I was having difficulty with a popped kernel getting stuck under the turning arm and the machine would make terrible noises. With this happening, it wouldn't be long until the motor burned up. I think it needs a better turning arm...

Returne it fr a waring pro What a difference. Would not recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy actually eating their popcorn while watching the movie. More time spent at the machine making 2 or more batches to feed 3people

Very cute, delivery prompt, maybe a little overpriced. Did not pop well. Used a few times and now it is just an ornament.

I recently bought this machine and the kettle has a horrible design. Once it's starts popping, it will spit out 1/3 of the unpopped kernels. I called product support at Notalgia and they were good-for-nothing. They wanted to send out the same exact kettle instead of recognizing it's a bad design. When I ask for managment to contact me, I just got the runaround. I will be returning this peice-of-junk and upgarading to a Waring Pro instead.
