Dealing with Best Buy is doing business with a group of thieves. I ordered two TVs and 3 laptops from Best Buy. I asked them to ship them to my house address and was told I had to pick them up. They even threatened to cancel the order if I could not pick them up by the 23rd of April. On the 23rd, I went to their store in North Palm Beach, Florida to pick them up and was told one of the items was shipped 3 days prior, which I still have not received. I have been trying to recuperate the lost item and I have been told to call the local police. I called the police, they came to my house and told me to call the shipper. I want them to give me another laptop because it is their fault because they assured me they would them and ending up shipping one; while they asked to pick up the rest, which makes absolutely no sense.
