Bigger stakes, More action, Witty Writing, Keeps you guessing till the end!! **Spoiler* Adult Daniel Radcliffe is interesting to see and especially as a villain! ** If you love a Little Bit of mystery with mystical edge that keeps you guessing what's real until the end, then this is the film to have! Cat and mouse, power vs. patience, magic vs. mental, A Good watch all around!

Again, I do not do spoilers. I have an Apple computer that has difficulties playing UltraViolet files. Naturally, I look for movies that can be downloaded in iTunes. This is one. The first time that I saw this movie wasn't in theaters. One can watch this movie without washing the first movie; however, I recommend against that idea. The first movie helps understand this movie.

I liked the first one better. But this sequel is a good movie that I enjoyed. It was fun & entertaining. The picture quality in 4K is very nice. It is worth watching.

Basically it's more of the over-the-top action/misdirect of the first movie. If you didn't enjoy the first movie, you will not enjoy this one. I enjoyed both. I like movies that are just 'shut-your-brain-off' entertainment - and that's exactly what this is.

This is a continuation of the never ending twists and turns that part one introduced us to. I enjoy the characters and much like the oceans movies, it keeps the viewer guessing what the big reveal will be and how everything will tie together in the end. Probably will be better with a second watching to pick up on the details.

This movie is good, but not as good as the first Now You See Me. I didn't care for Woody Harrelson's twin and Daniel Radcliffe played an odd character. I really missed Isla Fisher in this second movie, but Lizzy Caplan was great. She carried her role quite well. I'm anxious to see the next movie, Now You See Me 3, scheduled to come out in 2019. I just hate to wait!

I loved the first one so was not sure about this. But I liked the twist at the end I never saw it coming. Wish they could have had everyone from the original movie which is why I did the 4 stars but the plot was great and everything else fell into line perfectly for the next movie hopefully there will be one

As is all too common, this is a sequel which just didn't quite match up to its predecessor. I really enjoyed Now You See Me, despite the fact that the illusions were noticibly CGI-produced. It still had that fun heist-style movie feel, and a few good twists to the story. In NYSM2, there's just something missing (besides Isla Fisher's character). There's a few twists here and there, although I had to roll my eyes at a couple of them (especially one of the reveals of a certain character's true identity). Probably my biggest frustration is how rushed the ending felt, specifically during the buildup to the finale, where it felt like the audience is getting shorted a few scenes of the magicians plying their trade, which is half the fun of this type of film. I hope they bring it back to the spirit if the first film with the next one (as word is they've already started production on it).

while i like this movie it is a step down from the original. that is not to say it is bad but it is hard to one up a original movie. most sequels are not better than the original. the exception being the godfather 2 and aliens. the original cast returns with the exception of the girl. lizzy chapman gets that part.

The great thing about magic.... as soon as you think you know how something was done... boom! Mind blown. NYSM2 is full of so many twists and turns you'll definitely need to watch more than once!! And be prepared, for those who watched the original as well, there's a major twist you will never have seen coming.

Lets start with I watched the first one over again before I watched this one. To me it wasn't as good as the first one, but I had no problem with enjoying it to the end. Sequels are very seldom as good as the original. So I would recommend this movie if you liked the first one. You might even like this one better.

Not better or worse then the first movie just here and there

I liked that I was able to get this movie for a low price of $6 given that it’s an older release and it is the original pressing for when it was first released back in 2016.

I like this film and what it adds to the films franchise. The cast is great and after a bit you don't mind that Isla Fisher is not in this film. Lizzie Caplan is a great addition to the cast and the movie is all out fun. If you liked the first film then you should enjoy this one as well. Of course there is a surprise ending and it is all worth it.

No, not as good as the first one. The curse of the sequel I suppose. Still a great movie to watch but more so if you've already watched the first movie. This one is heavier on twisted plot twists with a twist but WAY lower on magic. Was a bit disappointed in the lack of cool magic. The first one nailed that.

Was hesitant to watch it after finding out that Isla Fisher was not in the movie.. which lowered my expectations quite a bit, but the good thing is that almost everyone from the first movie are here, plus more..and I really enjoyed it... Good story twist and good ending.. would recommend it

Not as good as the first, but still good addition. Some of the magic tricks are unbelievable and story is a bit weak. But it’s still a fun time

This movie held many surprises, much as the first one did. In true form, it managed to surpass the first Now You See Me in complexity. There were some cheesy moments, like the twin and Daniel Radcliffe character, but the magic sequences were well thought out, and I can't wait to be a member of the Eye.

I enjoyed this movie. I really enjoyed the plot and how the actors are able to play off each other. Lets be honest though. The real reason I got this was because of Jeese Eisenberg. I've thoroughly enjoyed every movie I've seen him in.
