I love the size. The dehydrator fits easily on my counterspace, which is VERY limited.
It is sleek and easy to use. In fact, I am using it as I type.
Since it arrived, I have been flooded with ideas for its use. My own pepper spices. Garlic powder. Ginger. I will be using it often for sure.
And the recipe book is also quite nice, jam packed with jerky recipes (not why I purchased a dehydrator, but certainly something I will try).
