I bought this neck pillow for use on the plane. the vibration features is a little annoying for me. There is definetly no sleeping with that on.

Slightly vibrates and pretty noisy. May have returned it if I paid full price. It’s definitely below average.

Comfortable for laying down with, super easy to set up and use. Takes two AA batteries that don't come with but we had so it was no big deal. Can "adjust" if you need slightly tighter.

Honestly best purchase, it’s like a mini moving massager for the neck haha

I didn’t really like this product very much. I bought it for my wife and it was difficult for her to use. The massage feature is not very helpful.

Such a new BESTIE here. It is battery operated and it is plenty powerful as such. Tried it out after shoveling snow for 3 hours and it was amazing. Of course I wish it had heat but I knew what I was buying so I improvise using it with a little microwaveable heat pack to help out. I will NEVER let anyone borrow my new BESTIE, without a requiring a cash deposit of 1 MILLION dollars ( yes said like Dr. Evil from those movies we all know and love).

I initially ordered two of these. One for home and another for the office. I have since ordered two more because my wife wanted one of her own for both home and office. And now two more people in my office have ordered for themselves as well. That probably tells you all you need to know.

It takes some time getting use to the feel of the NuvoMed Neck Massager. It does work fine on a sore neck. It's a little difficult to lay down on your back, tends to be too bulky on the neck.

This pillow actually made my neck hurt. It’s not the pillow its me. So i found a memory foam pillow from best buy and it made life better for me.

Vibration occurs only near battery pack. Not what I expected

Just a neck pillow basically. The vibration is umm, no clue why that was even a feature because its useless. The rave reviews must be from people who invented this and need to make a profit. It was the DoTD and I believe I had a certificate to spend on top of it so I just kept it.
