Unfortunately my unit didn't power on. Not sure if it wouldn't charge or had a different problem. I returned it for a more expensive model from a different brand.

Defective NuvoMed Product

I received the Impact Massager gift from my daughter for Christmas and after a short time, it would not turn on. On May 22, 2024, I contacted NuvoMed and was told they would send a replacement for the defective unit. It is now July 21, 2024 and after sending more emails they do not respond.
