It is a vast improvement from 460se I had. The graphic are unreal.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON. HE IS VERY PICKY AND EXPECTS THE BEST. SO FAR HE IS VERY PLEASED WITH PERFORMANCE. WE WILL SEE IN TIME IF ITS DURABLE AND CAN HANDLE HIS GAMING.

Runs great. Oced well for me. I got this because I need a blower style cooler for sli. However, the price is just off target. This should be 349.99. At it's price point it really just doesn't compare to what you get with a strix, for g1 version of this card.

This card packs a lot into a small package. It's very sleek looking, and keeps up with the best of em. It runs quiet and keeps me current with the newest tittles.

this is actually my 2nd 970 that i bought both are the reference style design. works great in sli or by themselves.

Great card! Does everything I wanted it to do. I wasn't expecting to be this big though. It is huge! I had to rearrange wires in my computer to make it fit.

I've had this card for nearly a month now and I don't regret this purchase at all! I upgraded from a GTX 750 ti which did me justice for what it costed but I couldn't crank up the settings without dropping to 30-40 frames. Saved up a bit and picked up the 970. Games run smooth and I never have to worry about turning the graphics down because it's always set to max..

I needed a new monitor and video card. I got suggestions from my gaming friend and picked up this beauty. Been liking the new graphics ever since.

This GPU made a huge difference in my desktop PC. I would recommend this to any one with a need for high frame rates and great gaming experience.

Expensive, but worth it. Was considering buying another for SLI but do not really need it. I can run GTA V, Battlefield-Hardline and Skyrim at resolutions above 1080p at 60fp. Full Disclosure - My PC I7 cpu oc >4ghz 32 gb ddr3 ram 1TB SSD drive.

Was skeptical because of 980, but not anymore! Outperformed all the games on my pc, plenty of power only need over 500 w power source too!

Bought for a work machine, was in a pinch, works as advertised and is quite. Just higher priced than other brands of same model.

This GTX 970 replaced a several year old GTX 460. The generational leap was mind blowing running a heavily modded Skyrim. Where I once was getting 15 to 18 frame, now I get at least 45 frames (with heavy cinematic ENBs). With the reference PCB and cooler I can either get great cooling performance in my small case with the fan venting out the back, or I have the choice of water cooling later on with the OEM PCB.

I checked out other reviews before buying and have been equally pleased with this device. It was simple to install and gives the frame rate my gamers require. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants power on a budget.

Buy this card! Worth the investment! Not only does it perform better than any other card.. But it lights up inside your case as well!

Great GPU. Powerful and power efficient. Runs far cry 4 at max settings on 1440p with no problem at stock clock. The fan stays at a constant yet silent 30% until the temps hit just under 80 degrees. Once at 80 degrees it begins to ramp up, but I have yet to see the fan speed exceed 50% and it is still quieter than my corsair af120 quiet editions.

I bought the 970 to run my games on steam and world of tanks. The 970 runs all my games at 40-60 fps at max settings. Great card.

I Used this to replace a GTX 670 and I am very satisfied. I Max out settings on most games no problem at 1080p. My computer is also much quiter as this card is much more efficient and runs cooler than the 670.
