Customers are saying

Customers highly value the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB graphics card's performance, especially its high frame rates in games and efficient cooling. Positive feedback also highlights the build quality, ease of installation, and generally good price-to-performance ratio. While some users noted noise and coil whine under heavy load, the majority found these issues manageable or non-existent.

What Turing should have been at release

The super line of RTX cards is probably what should have hit the shelves in 2018 instead of what we originally had. I sold my 2070 before it lost too much value and picked up this 2070 Super in its place. The card is considerably larger and heavier than a regular 2070 which makes sense as this is essentially a cut down 2080. The card performed wonderfully at 1440p with the latest Call of Duty and the recommended GeForce experience options turned on. So if you prefer team green, can't wait for Ampere, and have a budget around half a grand for a video card then this isn't a bad option for you.

    First ever GPU

First GPU I've ever owned; went with a FE purely for aesthetics looks; I think it looks better than any other OEM card out there, at the cost of increased heat. Granted, it is not something that is noticeable, as I do not play with my PC on the floor. It sits beside me, and with 3 exhaust fans and 3 intakes, the heat issue is solved very well. This is a more powerful card than any of my friends have, and I am even cosidering buying a second one to make my machine fully future-proof for what I do on it. Great card, Great purchase. And great service

Best looking, best value card out right now. You can spend more to get an uglier shroud and more fans or just get this much better looking one with the same performance for less money. If you heard the others are faster, why are they faster? They come overclocked in box and marketing. You can overclock this yourself, the fans are just as capable, and this looks classy and is quiet compared to the loud alien barf stuff the others offer.

I could not be happier with the card... I just did a PC build and I was needing something with good performance... I didn't feel like going through the circus of getting a 3080 or 3070. I run 1440P and this card can handle anything with ease... The build quality is top notch as well. The bad part is Best Buy's website... It plainly put sucks. Nothing ships when they say it will... You call when that happens and get the run around and get told 14 different things. If you need in a timely manner good luck.

Best card for Full HD gaming

I purchased this card to replace my GeForce GTX 1070Ti, and I'm extremely happy with this purchase. All games I play began to run with 50% more fps: Escape from Tarkov, PUBG, Battlefield V, Resident Evil 2/3 remake. The card looks gorgeous and feels solid. The maximum temp I reached was 79 degrees Celsius under 99% performance. If you are playing in FullHD (1980x1080) or even Quad HD, then this is the best choice for your money! You won't be overpaying for what you are not using (2080 S/2080Ti).

This card was super easy to set-up. I pulled out my RX580, plugged this in, powered up and all the drivers were installed by Windows 10. Didn't need to adjust any setting or anything, it was just optimized and ready to go. Tried a few benchmarks, ran a few games like Doom and Fallout 4 at Ultra settings on a 2K monitor and it was beautiful! Didn't notice any excessive heat and no unbearable noise to report. Just a solid card without the bells and whistles that works great.

If you’re team green, and you want rock solid performance on 1440p on pretty much everything you throw at it, this is the card for you. This is very similar to 2080 performance without spending an extra $200. Love the design, and the temps are great. Runs very quiet as well. Between the 2060 super and the 2080 super this is the best middle ground in terms of performance and cost. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience entry level high end gaming.

Out of all the gpu, this one is a buy for me. Love how it looks simple, sleek and premium. Upgrading from GTX 1060 made a huge difference! This RTX 2070 super runs the games at max settings at ease with high FPS. Playing COD warzone on 1080p with max settings ranges my FPS between 120-144FPS+. Con: gets hot! Make sure you have good air flow.

Got this card to upgrade from an RX480 and am getting over 2x my previous performance. Encoding video and filtering sound through a microphone are added benefits to owning an RTX20-Series card. 150+fps FHD, 90+fps QHD, & 55fps 4K gaming @ Ultra in most of my games makes this the perfect placeholder until 2021 GPUs.

It's a fairly strong Graphics Card. I've moved from a Vega 64 LC to try Ray Tracing. Fairly neat, but a gimmick at best until more companies push towards Ray Tracing. But even without the Ray Tracing, it does have the power to run most Triple A games in 4k and 2k respectively. But the card runs best in 2k resolution. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I can't wait for the future of gaming.

The video card works very well. No tweaks needed and no hardware glitches like on the RTX 3000 series cards. Very happy! Overclocks very well, and at comfortable temps. Many awesome settings to configure the card as you want. Tested against other cards, different environments and always came out ahead.

Great card for $500 price tag, can't go wrong. Great for 1080p gaming and some titles at 1440p. Though, If you are looking to buy this card I would save the $500 and wait for the 3000 series cards to release in the coming weeks. 3000 series cards are the best bang for your buck, as far as we know.

Beautiful and powerful GPU. Upgraded from an 1070ti, used casually for gaming, light browsing, light photo editing, and watching some videos. Founder's Edition looks so beautiful. Highly recommend this card for anyone looking to upgrade. The only con is the RGB is set to the Nvidia green and not able to change without some workarounds and extra programs to download.

This card is the best value card of the rtx line. The rtx 2080 came out at $700 and this rtx 2070 super performs about the same and costs $500. That’s a savings of $200 instantly. Also if you were a fan of the reference cooler Its now available at retail price a savings of $100 more. If you overclock this card it can even surpass a stock 2080 making this an excellent buy.

The graphics card is preforming very well. I just bought this because I didn’t want to wait so long for the 3070 to be in stock normally without people with bots instantly buying them. This Founders Edition card is so nice and the graphics are great. My only problem is with the process of delivery. I got the box and it was pretty beat up. The actual graphics card box was also a little bit dented but I’m glad that there was nothing wrong. Especially with a graphics card you really want a careful way of delivering such a fragile piece of tech. Overall, great! Just work on safe delivery!

Going from a 980 to the 2070 super is amazing. I'm always worried about things overheating. This thing runs very cool in my rig, maybe 10 degrees above room temperature at idle and never above 140F under load (Ultra settings, Division 2 at 1080) This thing plays anything you throw at it. Would buy another for SLI, but one is more than enough for now.

I upgraded from a 1660 super to this card and the difference is noticeable. The thermals are great, as it doesn't get that warm or even that loud. The only issue that I do have, which I don't mind too much, is the coil whine. This card, at least the one I have in particular has a quiet coil whine that does get annoying, but I can deal with it when playing big games like Destiny 2 or GTA V. I have it paired with a Ryzen 5 3600, and it gets over 100 fps in most games at high settings. I would recommend this card for anyone, hopefully you get lucky with the coil whine though haha.

This thing is an absolute beast. Handles all AAA games at at least 100 FPS at 1440p. It is also fairly quiet and cool. It's pricey but worth the price of admission vs AMD simply for the driver stability. This is your only option if you don't want to drop the cash on a 2080 Super and don't want to deal with AMD driver headaches. Just buy it.

This video card runs beautifully at 1440p while gaming. The fans have a high pitched noise when they ramp up, but rarely seem to do that except when restarting the computer. Founders Edition cards are the most aesthetically pleasing in my opinion, and you know Nvidia keeps the best binned dies for themselves and their cards.
