If you're a gamer and not just a fan boy, then you know getting this card to 2080mhz you need to tweak the F outta it..... Im running a mild overclock just to achieve these speeds.+125 on the clock and + 500mhz on the memory side and the power and GPU temp bar slid to the max settings in EVGA PrecisionX1. Then the temps come into play. The card needs lots of fresh air coming into the case because it exhausts into the case....... If you dont have adequate airflow/open air case, then i dont recommend this card. Get a blower style card instead. Games run so smoothly with this card. Vive runs flawlessly! I cant wait for games to start supporting ray tracing!!! If you buy this card for vive make sure you already have an HDMI cable and a DisplayPort-to-HDMI Cable or you will not be able to hook up the vive because this card only has one HDMI port.

I bought this card to replace my MSI 1060 6gb, had it for a year and decided to upgrade to a newer generation of card and bought the 2080 rtx. The card looks amazing and performs well on any game. It is truly a next generation glu wit real time tracing and games just looks amazing with it.

This is the best video card on the market. (well second best, the ti is better) I bench-marked it and it killed the card that it replaced. That being said, there really isn't any games or applications that take advantage of its most advanced features yet. But it is nice to be ahead of the curve.

Upgraded from a GTX970. HUGE difference. Using for VR as well. Warning that I have a 850 watt power supply and it barely supports the card, I had to purchase a bigger power supply. Determining if your power supply is sufficient isn't easy, so be prepared to lay down some bucks. Took a star off for cost. Nvidia about to release some new models so you may want to hold off a little longer.

I went from a 1060 to this 2080 and the difference it made was amazing. The fans are super quiet and the card runs very cool even under extreme load. This card is also overclocked from the factory witch is a huge plus. You will not regret getting this card

Using this with the alienware graphics amplifier for my 17r4 and I have no complaints yet. Was easy to setup and am now able to max out all settings with way better frame rates. It's like playing some of my old games for the first time again, love it!

So this is the first time I've upgraded my graphic card I went from 1060 to the RTX 2080 and I saw a significant change I went from 80 frames to 230 frames in Fortnite with max settings

I am so glad the reference design went away from a blower style cooler. The 2080 gives me plenty of firepower while staying cool and quiet. Going reference also leaves a loop upgrade as a possible option down the road.

This card will hold up well with any game you throw at it for a guaranteed 60 FPS on any title this will vary when gaming at 4K but as far as 1080p and 1440p gaming goes this card will work wonders with games ran on these resolutions

Needed a new card for my system. Wanted to add an additional bit of power so upgraded to the RTX card from my GTX. Paired with a decent processor my 3D rendering and design has been sped up several times over. Couldn't be happier!

This is a beast of a card! Versatile in gaming and your photography/video workflows. Mine is paired with a Ryzen 9 and can edit with ease!!! Great addition!

I love this card so much. It's made my life a lot easier not only with gaming, but also making games. I was running a Geforce 1060 with 3gb and my projects were struggling. This card blows right through everything.

works great, runs smoothly, didnt have any issues, runs most modern games at high frames per second even on ultra/extreme settings. Founders edition is also better b/c you get the best chip of the lot.

Due to all the other manufactured cards on the market I didnt think that Nvidia would be better than the rest but... Wow, was I surprised in the performance this card throws. Great card and easy to use

The RTX 2080 is an excellent GPU for 1440p high refresh-rate gaming or select 4k gaming. The founders edition has an excellent build quality with a decent factory overclock.

This graphics card is amazing, I put it in my computer, installed the drivers and it was ready to run any game I throw its way. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

I had a Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1070, upgrading to RTX 2080 was the best choice, the graphics on my computer looks great (especially in gaming). Quality for Stream and Recording is awesome.

If you have a 1060/1070 then sure. If you have a 1080 then I would just hold out for the next gen unless you are getting the 2080Ti. Then it’s a huge upgrade but at a big expense.
