Great product only if it would work properly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.RTX 30 series should bring great improvements although when the card you receive will constantly crash and can't even run Apex, Siege, Borderlands it is a bummer to think that your old card can run these games just fine. I have been looking for an exhange and haven't received one, such a shame that BestBuy policy isn't true.

If I disabled the video card it wouldn’t do that because the desktop was using the video off of my Intel processor. Tech support could not fix it and the card was beyond the two week return window for Best Buy. Soooo, I had to ship it back to Nvidia and I am still waiting on the replacement card. I cannot suggest this card.

Nvidia fails again

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.card keeps crashing due to error code 14 nvlddmkm and nvidia can't figure out what is wrong. this has been an nvidia problem since way before this card. windows xp with the gtx 960. the fast that it's still happening is a huge problem i'm about to go with AMD

Good Product, Poor Best Buy
