The remote could definitely use some work. First remote broke and the whole system had to be replaced, geek squad did not have the ability to replace just the remote. 1 month into the new system and the 2nd remote has stopped working. Here's to hoping the Harmony hub I ordered works as a replacement for the remote so I don't have to start from scratch again!
