Honestly, I thought I'd be more wowed by this. I mainly use for streaming and it doesn't really do anything that much better than the other Android/Google streamers. The remote is nice with the motion activated back lights though.

I have four of these boxes and they are amazing. Best streaming box on the market. Definitely would recommend this product.

Although pricey it is well worth the money. The processor in this Shield Pro is super fast for streaming apps. This device has already practically paid for itself as I dumped cable TV and went to a streaming TV service.

The best of the best. A great high-end device. It comes with AI intelligence to upscale non 4k content. It has GForce graphics. It's easy to set up. All you need to do is to connect power source to outlet and quick east set up. It has a build in web to access apps. It is pricier but way better than a Firestick which does not have straight wired connections nor a web engine browser.

The device itself is very cool, works well, easy to setup, works in harmony with my Smart TV, and has a lot of value to me. However, I would not buy this from Best Buy, as they always, always have some kind of issue with their website, with their delivery, with their support, or whatever it is. Go elsewhere for your devices.

I've been using this device for a little bit and it still going strong. I must say it's a great Android TV, media server, and game and video streaming device. The current best out there!!

I have had one of these in my living room for a few years now. I needed something for my basement for a while. I did not have second thoughts about what that streaming box would be. This is it! It is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

If you stream everything this is a must. Its fast with no lag. You can also add to the 16 gb with external storage. True its a 2019 model but its updated software ever so often cant be beat.

The only Android streamer for the advanced users. Premium product for premium users.

This Nvidia Shield TV Pro blows Roku Ultra away. I love the highly functional, and customizable main menu, and the speed of operation. Also, people can't believe the picture's 4k look is from the built-in AI upscaler.

This is nothing but Best, I am using in theater room for media center for Netflix, amazon prime, you tube and Chromecast too and more app super fast and excellent quality , perfect for theater room main media

very good quality streaming device, I would recommend the purchase of this media player. With many nice features, extra storage using a thumb drive. So many other great features, try it you'll enjoy it.!

It's awesome and has almost no lag even over my wifi. If you don't game as much I recommend a google tv as it has almost the same function, but at a lower price.

Th1s is hands down the Cadillac of stream boxs. I use in my home theater the AI upscaling is top notch, I have 144 inch screen makes a massive difference in picture quality

Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! He’s wanted it for a while but won’t spend the money on himself. Since we’ve been using this our movies and shows don’t buffer anymore. We have the fastest internet service Spectrum offers but we also have tons of devices having 5 kids and with Amazon Firesticks our movies and shows would buffer even if only for a few seconds. We can’t see ourselves ever going back to using a Firestick after using the Shield. My husband had it set up and going in less than an hour and it’s not tech savvy at all! It’s worth the money! Trust me you’ll thank me later!

We upgraded from the older version of the shield. Like the updated features especially since we got a new soundbar with Dolby atmos which this version lets you use. The remote is a lot better on this one too.

The fastest streaming device on the market...Period...I try them all,but nothing doesn't even come close to this Shield TV in terms of speed,quality and updates... This is my second purchase of this device and we love it!

I've used a Firestick for many years. I decided to try something different and go with the Nvidia shield pro. So far everything is great. The ability to expand the external memory with the USB inputs is a seller to me. I'm still learning a lot of the ins and outs of this device, but mainly the options are similar to the FireTV/stick max. There seems to be more that I need to learn more about, above and beyond the Firestick.
