Holy crap. First off, if you have a Plex server just do it, just replace whatever your main streaming device is with this and call it a day. Outperforms my roku ultra by a mile. Cant speak for the remote I immediately set it up with my harmony set up but the shield pro itself is outstanding. Gamestream from my pc is seamless (everything is wired) and I prefer it much more than my steam link. I will be buying another one of these for my bedroom, it’s a beast.

Excellent device. Fast, runs cool, triangle remote seems weird but its a great remote.

I think the nvidia shield tv pro is by far the best streaming device out there. I own this and apple tv 4k plus a roku ultra. All are great but the nvidia is so much faster.

This is perfect for streaming and gaming. I use it as a Plex server to and it works great.

Short version, I love it. Everything works, it’s extremely snappy. For those looking at this vs the regular “tube” shaped version, you get a 1gb Ethernet port vs 100mb on the tube, and USB ports which can be used for external hard drives for things like a Plex server. I have a 5GB external drive hooked up and it works great. The only issue is HBO Max is kinda slow/wonky but that is the same on both versions of the shield.

Cant go wrong with this one. Yes its old but even then competes with any other good product. Nvidia brand and can be used for any purpose including gaming etc which is a plus.

Pretty good so far, had it for like a month. Excellent picture quality, good for games from the android store or emulators. Had issues chromecasting, the solution was to revert the updates to the Chromecast app in the settings. It also does not have an HDMI cable which is a shame, seeing the high price already. That said, probably the best streaming box in the market.

This device is simple to connect and works well to add streaming services to an older television that is not a "smart TV". We were using an inexpensive casting dongle (Chromcast) and our cell phones or tablets to control but that is kind of clunky and was very frustrating most of the time. The Nvidia Shield works very well. It simified the process and opened up a lot of other possibilities as well. We are very happy with it.

by far the best streamer. I always shied away from this unit due to the fact I could do most on other streaming devices. well sure you can do on others but this is just made for people who like to tinker and need extra ports. by far this is the best streamer by far, but comes at a cost. if cost doesn't matter this is the one you want.. does everything well

So far so good with 4 weeks of use. The AI upscale feature looks a little off to me but basic looks great.
