An amazing media device. Top of it's class and has been since 2015. The only thing I wish they would integrate is support for HDR10+, as they easily could, but that's really more of an issue with Samsung TV's that I have vs the Shield. There's a reason you didn't see any price changes or drops for this bad boy on Black Friday, when you are the top of the line you don't have too. Truly, I didn't even need to buy this vs my 2017 Shield, as their hardware differences are tiny and only a few feature differences, but I'll support the Shied line as long as I can as long as it continues not to disappoint!

I have owned every model of the shield, they are the best streaming boxes on the market. Easily worth the price tag as they play all content and 4k/HDR/Atmos

This plays all the current media files. We are able get a Dolby Atmos 7.1 channel output thru the HDMI. Also play media encoded in h265 high efficiency codecs. But support is weak. Remote is not that easy to use. The huge Netflix button gets in the way. Wish there was an audio only HDMI output.

The best purchase of 2023 for a product that was first released in 2015. It is still ahead of its time. I love it.

Nvidia does not disappoint! My husband bought ours a year ago and we love it! My dad inquired about it, so we bought him one for Father’s Day!

Been great so far, not sure why I waited so long to purchase one. Even makes my 1080P HD content look even better on 4k tv. Snappy interface and ability to play any audio or video format is an added bonus. Bought this after having an Apple tv 4k for a day.

This is the 5th and by far best streaming device I have ever had. It's fast and the apps availble for it made it a no brainer for me to get. The interface takes some getting used to but it is nice!

Very good. AI upscaling making the GeForce now experiment way much better even though the original resolution is only 1080p. It is a must have if you are investing in GeForce now.

My Christmas present replaced amazon fire stick. Great improvement over the fire stick will buy second for the bedroom this christmas

I have owned Nvidia Shield's since the first model was released almost 5 years ago. These Android TV boxes are the best... have the best and fastest processor and love the new updates and the revised remote!!!

Although pricey, you get what you pay for. Very powerful and gig eithernet connection make it well worth the price for the best streaming box around. Remote control is very easy to use and navigate.

With Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision HDR and HDR10, this is the best streaming box on the market. It also includes AI-enhanced upscaling for 720p/1080p to 4K up to 30 FPS! What's not to like?

Great product! If you are looking for device that does it all look no further.

It is easy to setup,and is very sleek. Just need to determine if it truly is a need for the home. I do like the fact that performance/video quality was quite nice. Its a great product for those who don't have other streaming devices (Chromecast, Roku e.t.c).It isn't cheap though.

We use this for all our steaming, gaming, and it works amazing. We have xFi app downloaded and stream our cable right through here. It’s easy to use and user friendly. The speed is really fast.

I bought the shield for 1 reason only. So I could stream my home media library to my tv in whatever form the media is stored in. I use the free plex app which can be downloaded to your computer and to the shield. The shield is the only device that allows you to play dts and dd content without re-encoding. For example, if you have the plex app on your smart tv but your smart tv doesn't support dts, it will transcode to dd. More importantly though, there isn't many if any devices that will stream lossless audio (dolby truehd or dts-ma and atmos). This does it and it does it flawlessly. Small unit that doesn't take up a lot of space and functions as intended. Also love the remote.

I've used many android products. By far the best yet.Will definitely purchase another. Would recommend purchasing device if the price is not an issuse. Going to purchase for each of my tv's.
